Thanks for the great strat! I was looking for a build that didn't require constant perfect parries and your build was perfect. I still hate Odin though. He ruined quite a few of my Zack/Cloud runs. ;(

Thanks to your wind build, i done this first time!? 🤷♂️ i found this easier than bonds of friendship, sephiroth literally cut bahamuts wings off and clouds wind spells nuked the whole 10 waves, only odin was tough enough to beat
At the end I saw sephy's attack increased the stagger %, never knew his limit can do that. I still can't get this done, sephy's mp is always low by the time i reach odin. 😭
This fight (to me) is the devs just saying “have fun.” With Seph it’s extremely difficult not to clear this mission as he’s just so broken. You can put nothing on Cloud (or leave him out entirely) and still win lol..tbh I didn’t think he was all that impressive until I decided to learn his moveset and realized he’s so OP compared to the other characters, but I suppose he should be.
not harder, just needed more efforts if players relied solely on cloud. this could be made more easily by controlling sephiroth and building limit gauge
@@widyavello4335 Makes sense. I did this challenge blindly simply because I wanted to play with Sephiroth and take some pictures but ended up clearing it on my first attempt. “Bonds of Friendship” was so much harder and even with the meta build, it’s still a grind.
I totally agree with u idk why ppl say zack’s vr is harder lol I mean I clutched em both at my first try but i felt this one was definitely harder having to carry empowerment urself
Idk, sephiroth being able to cast reraise for free after the synergy is very nice. Plus if you hit the opponent a few times with sephiroth, then you can almost just spam a dodge roll and the triangle button for the pierce ability to whittle away at them, and it drives sephs LB up immensely, plus has his atb gauge full extremely quickly, and has the absurd reach seph is known for.
I feel stupid for use aeroga on one bahuamt's one wing-- what a waste. I should go with aerora instead. I'd give another try tomorrow. I always die from gigaflare >__

as for odin, i hit him when he switches target. so it's recommended to switch between zack and cloud back and forth periodically

congrats 😁 i think so too. sephiroth is easier than zack because he is too powerful

always prioritize synergy to grant sephiroth infinite MP then start buffing/healing. works for me 😆

sephiroth is great at survivability buff only (reraisr and manawall 😂)
