Yep, I'm done being the bridge for my twin. I could talk until I'm blue in the face and goes through one ear and out the other. Sad part is he knows he needs to work on himself and heal and he's even opened up and admitted things before. Says he's scared, but still won't take my advice even though he knows it's the truth. Done being the bridge, had to walk away and begin separation because he needs to do the work. I can't do it for him, he needs to figure this out on his own. I told my therapist I felt crazy for feeling off, anxious, and like something was “crumbling“ during the Virgo full moon in August. (His birthday is Aug 31). She is super amazing and reassured me no but that maybe it ways “subconscious” I agreed and laughed. "Storms", and the upsurge of recurring energies whether in our past or at the present. Yes, it is our own choice, to stand to this, and heal from this. Apart of this healing is the chance of 'forgiving', which easier said than done. 'Forgiving', whatever it was that affected you, and also yourself. Depending on the depth of your past experiences whether (love relationship, friendship or co-dependent) that ended up in bad circumstances. Depending on "how" bad the ending. I am speaking of myself here, "You want to separate yourself from it because you don't want it affecting you anymore, and you don't want to go back there) "Turn the leaf, turn to a new leaf". It is the "separating" yourself from (bad past experiences) that really does prevent you from moving forward. But what I find has helped me in the past and even now. Everybody needs their "Alone Time" / "Down Time" / "Peace of Mind" / "Sense of Own Peace", it's when you get to and find yourself in these moments - you're able to "Reflect back on", "You think out what happened", "You may think back on other things you could've said, and better expressed", this is apart of "Letting Go". This a form of "Release", releasing any burdens that still are in your energy affecting you. From this point it can be hard to reflect on, more positive energies or creative activities that can possess us with a more positive outlook. This is where different spiritual methods can help relax and shift your energies to new levels - so new energies are able to enter your - mind, body and soul. So what I am saying, it is the 'separation' of any bad events that happened in your life that you don't want to reflect back on, is the hard thing to deal with. This is when "Time Out", "Alone Time", "Peace of Mind", they all play an important part in your own self-healing. It's simply the "fear", that prevents you from pushing forward. Whatever you may (feel or sense) when doing any self-healing for your spiritual sanity, it is important for these feelings and senses for you to let out. Peace and Love can return in your life, you just need to say "Yes", give new chances to breath your space - of "what" you would like them to be (Breath in the new, Breath out the old-what doesn't evolve with you). It's really fascinating you brought up the topic of me speaking to my twins higher self and vice versa. Yeah it was confusing for awhile bc I thought she was more in tune with her higher self and then when I finally understood the dynamic as you explained it that makes perfect sense; so validating!
'She wants to be me, huh'....she is me, but what she really wants is to be free to speak her truth like me. I share on social media bc it's truly healthy to speak your truth and detrimental otherwise. Another lovely thing is that you can just tell everyone your friends with at once instead of repeating yourself fifty times to everyone individually.
