Hi from Germany 👋 So happy you uploaded a new video 🤩 I had a similar experience - I grew up in a small city, went to college in a big city and now live in a small town and I love it here. But you can live in the center of a village and still have noise, traffic and a small backyard or you can live on the edge of a big city and have a huge property with greenery and privacy. So I think anything is possible really ☺ I think the way you live now is amazing - you have a lovely property with lots of space and are still close to a bigger city. To me Columbia with 126k people doesn't seem small, but of course depends what you are comparing it with 😅 I'm sure you'll figure it out - and you have time to do it ☺

Loved this!! I got a chuckle out your number in line moment🤭I can’t tell you how often things go right over my head. Loved the clip of Nora chatting with Dad. I can also relate to missing “home” initially and then one day realizing as much as you love it, you probably wouldn’t move back. The military moved us from Cali to NC and I cried a lot the first year or so. Lots of factors, including having a family, changes your perspective. Cali will always be our “back home” and we love visiting, but NC is our home now and such a great place to raise children (the cost of living out here is a bonus as well).

I had a similar experience when I moved away and went back home. It was so weird that it didn’t feel like “home” really anymore. I’m with you on preferring small towns too after living in one the last couple years. ❤
That makes me feel better!! I used to be so judgy about small towns but gosh I really prefer it now 😂
I can relate with the feeling of taking a shower with a baby.. I once took a shower with my baby in the bathroom with me in the playpen lol she cried so I was rushing! So it only happened once lol

I can totally relate lol. Every time I go out with my baby ppl feel the need to touch him and it’s sooo frustrating. Like how can you say NO in the nicest way possible 😩
