I moved out, was unemployed for 10 months, went back to school, now I'm both a part time employee and still a student, I've practiced drawing boundaries and speaking up on my needs, and I'm going to a psychiatrist for my anxiety today. I've made a lot of progress for myself and I let anxiety get in the way rather than giving myself credit in the moment.
I was traumatized by higher education before as well. Now I'm so happy with the school I've decided on. I understand my courses and I finish my work on time if not early and I get A's!!

Thank you Kino! pile 3 resonate! it's spot on. I do use my anger of my situation to be my motivation to make a change. It worked and I manifested what I need. For example, I was angry when I was jobless. but of course I didn't throw my anger at other people. I used that energy to never giving up looking for job.
Group 2: when you talked about nostalgia I've been getting a lot of movies I watched as a kid and just sitting back and enjoying them. Taking some time out of the day to just..."pause" I guess is the right word. Pile 2. I've already explored different avenues - and I ended nowhere. Why? Because I have a 9 to 5 job, and when I got home I worked on my little projects for 4-5 hours. But because I didn't focus on one of them, I remained at a beginners level. Also, juggling 3-4 projects at a time, made me stressed. I gained some money by selling some of my creations, but they didn't truly covered the work. So, in the end, I was involved in too many projects which didn't let me go to an advanced level. Also, working 12-13 hours a day, and adding sleep problems made me very exhausted.
Also, I must add, I spent plenty of money on materials tha now are not used.
