Modi is a great orator he won't answer the questions straight forwardly but can diverse and dissolve the whole topic of discussion.

You see, Modi shows his personal grudge towards the Nehru/Gandhi family. Instead of thinking that he is answering rahul GANDHI... why cant he understand that Rahul's questions are the questions asked by the democratic people of India. Rahul just happens to be voicing our question in the Parliament because we cannot be in the Parliament.
Instead of Rahul, if I, as a citizen, asked the same questions to Modi, what will be his responses to the very same questions that Rahul asked? Hmm?!
Narendra Modi is a master orator. How delicately he answer all the issue by beating around the bush. He talks like he is emotionally connected to everyone. Country needs a person who do some work not someone who critisize the opposition for their 70yr govt. Opposition's work is to critisize the govt for their flaws. I didn't find PM Modi answered even a single question asked by RG. His all statements are just too generalized. All too philosophical and emotional. Something like we used to prepare to say for some questions that might be asked to us during a debate competition in our school days.
