Bhakti silver chain
Bhukti bronze chain
Rakti iron chain
Unrealized person naturally removes these chains in deep sleep, only to sincerely adorn them back as soon as they wake up
Self realized person naturally keeps these chains aside during waking as much as in deep sleep and only wears them as and when needed.

After many years of Vedanta study, This lesson on UN-Attachment has possibly given me the greatest understanding of the levels of reality, how everything changes & how I AM, the only constant. I am Consciousnes. Sat, Chit, Ananda is my reality, my true nature. Always the immortal Witness. I am not the Jiva, the DOER, so I am free. With this perspective I can remain un- attached to my own body/mind complex, to anyone or anything. I need to just observe very objectively what happens in my life. Let it all come & go. 😇

What is the reality of " I am"? Does it really exist or is it a biproduct of consciousness? What is difference between " I am" and witness? Who witnesses this of "I am"?
Given the truth of this teaching, what is the value of relationships such as mother/son, husband/wife etc?
