Thank you for showcasing these stunning single-story modern traditional homes! I truly appreciate how your videos highlight the seamless blend of traditional charm and modern elements. Your detailed focus on design, efficient space use, and innovative materials makes these presentations both inspiring and educational. Keep up the excellent work!
My Palm Desert home in a single story contemporary. 3,400 sq ft. The only steps are four inches from the attached garage to the house (code) and the steps into the pool and hot tub. I refused to purchase the more prestigious addresses in our area, as they were built in the 90’s with three step sunken living rooms and bars. I can walk freely in my 100 yard home in the dark without obstacles. The trick to these homes is meticulous maintenance and care. Every detail must be addressed.
Lovely images. Needs more narrative and less music. Tagline is all about single story, but so many interior shots include staircases. 45 minutes of the same images over and over again with minimal narrative is draining. Use the examples and draw out the important aspect and characteristics of the design, then move on to another. Speak about the materials, the forms, the openness and the flow of functions within the examples.
Agreed. The narrative is all about single story homes and yet a majority of the interiors include staircases. Focus on “Modern Styling” instead of “Single Story Homes.”
These modern homes are fabulous.

Beautiful houses. But I am not sure they know what single story is. There are a lot of photos with staircases.

Masyaallah tabarakallah bagusnya
"Without the complication of stairs" while showing stairs......
I am the only one who saw staircases in some of the interior shots?
can the design increase the price or reduce it? these all look like expensive homes, obviously.
Exteriors excellent then you mixed interiors from other houses that are not in the same league---why to do a long nonsense clip?

Half of these homes are not single-storey. The title is misleading. Maybe Brick, Wood, Concrete, and Black Aluminum is a better headline.
