The good wife makes a fun of the coveted Kenya 1. I agree the car may not make sense for a 1st time owner but for a Nissan fanatic it definitely is worth a try.

This is actually nice man,, beats the normal Kenyan mentality that all Nissans are bad,,, I actually learned that its good to never listen to anyone when buying a car,, just follow your heart, buy the ride you love, and learn the pros and cons while living with the car.

Great review! You cover a majority of the important points of ownership. Have you had any difficulty sourcing parts? A friend has a similarly equipped 08 Teana and they have struggled sourcing parts.
Not really...by now parts are quite available... Maybe a bit scarcier for the new model Fuga

Great review but just as a correction, the fuga has about 220 horsepower stock rather than what you stated in the video "140hp" which is similar to cars like the honda stream, toyota premio e.t.c cars with either 1800cc to 2000cc.

Hi, not bad at all for a first time car video...it has a nice spec level, but i wish you had mentioned if it was a front or a rear wheel drive, that way it would be much easier to compare like with like, let's say the Toyota Mark X. I'm sure one of the best factors for buying the nissan would be the cost of initial purchase as compared to the Mark X in terms of equivalent size, engine capacity, spec level, running costs, etc.

The car also has about 200 HP not 140
RWD. Crazy how they remove stuff from it. You should look up infiniti m35/m45

Thanks, will consider that. My main reason was I found NIssan to have better interiors (space and features) than the corresponmding Toyotas... (Sylphy vs Premio for example)
N also the grill at the front sealed the deal. Personally I drive a Nissan and I have had a good run with it and the last 7 years or so.

Do you still have the fuga? how far in km do you go on the 80 litre tank?
I still do, consumes around 10-12 kms per lt
Ill suggest bigger tyres for ground clearance.... I bet you are using 215/50 tyres . .go for the 215/65....the ride will be more comfortable and it wont mess with your fuel economy..im betting you are more concerned about your mpg since its more of a headache as it is since you sporting 6 cylinders man😂
Problem with bigger than specified tyres is they mess with the odometer reading... I think. Anyway I use 225/55

Oh, which year model? I found different specs for mine...
@@Dkens the early models upto 2007 or so running vq25de do 200-210hp....after that the final run of 2500cc y50s used vq25hr which upped the power to 220-225hp.....ideally 140hp is the average for 1800cc to 2000cc naturally aspirated engines

@@Dkens have a channel dedicated for tech review. There arent that many local content creators in that area. Have a separate channel dedicated to vehicle reviews. There is a growing need for info in that sector as well. It would require some partnerships but its doable
