6. **Annelida (Segmented Worms)**
- Characteristics: Bilateral symmetry, segmented bodies, true coelom.
- Examples: Earthworms, leeches, polychaetes.
7. **Mollusca (Mollusks)**
- Characteristics: Soft-bodied, usually with a hard shell, muscular foot.
- Examples: Snails, clams, squids, octopuses.
8. **Arthropoda (Arthropods)**
- Characteristics: Bilateral symmetry, exoskeleton, segmented bodies, jointed appendages.
- Examples: Insects, spiders, crabs, lobsters.
9. **Echinodermata (Echinoderms)**
- Characteristics: Radial symmetry in adults, spiny skin, water vascular system.
- Examples: Starfish, sea urchins, sea cucumbers.
10. **Chordata (Chordates)**
- Characteristics: Bilateral symmetry, notochord, dorsal nerve cord, pharyngeal slits.
- Subphyla: Vertebrata (vertebrates), Cephalochordata (lancelets), Urochordata (tunicates).
- Examples: Mammals, birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish.

Digestive system 🔥
1. Mouth

- Function: Produces bile, which helps digest fats; detoxifies chemicals and metabolizes drugs.
6. **Gallbladder**:
- Function: Stores and concentrates bile, releasing it into the small intestine.
7. **Pancreas**:
- Function: Produces digestive enzymes and bicarbonate to neutralize stomach acid; also has endocrine functions (insulin production).
8. **Large Intestine**:
- Sections: Cecum, Colon, Rectum
- Function: Absorbs water and electrolytes, forming and storing feces.
9. **Rectum and Anus**:
- Function: Control the excretion of solid waste.
