AIR FRYER BATI RECIPE |RAJASTHANI DAL BATI RECIPE|HOW TO MAKE BATI IN AIR FRYER

Dal Bati is a TRADITIONAL DISH of rajasthan.
In this video, I have made two different dishes; Dal and Bati.
DAL is a COMBINATION of LENTILS which is boiled together and then cooked in ghee.
Bati is prepared by flour in the shape of balla then cooked with UPLAA. However, nowadays since people live in cities, it is now cooked in OTG OVENS and using other methods.
In this recipe we are preparing Bati's in AIR FRYER....which is very QUICK and Easy as well as same in taste tooo.
Ghee is the key in this RECIPE. So add good amount of Ghee in the recipe.

We don’t use oil in daal baati....even when making the dough....use ghee in daal also
