- This is one of my favorite recipes because it is made with simple ingredients, easily and quickly. You can combine them with hazelnut praline or jam of your choice. You accompany them with milk and thus you have the perfect breakfast.

RECIPES:
Ingredients
10 g dry yeast
1 tbsp of sugar
200 ml of milk
100 ml of water
50 ml seed oil
1 egg
600 g of all purpose flour
1 teaspoon of salt
Hazelnut praline
Method
We make the dough for our buns. Dissolve the yeast and sugar in the warm milk and warm water in our large bowl.
Add the seed oil, the egg and mix.
Then, add about half the flour, the salt and work.
Slowly incorporate the rest of the flour to make a dough.
Then place the dough in an oiled container, cover it and let it rise for 1 hour.
When it is ready, open it into a 2 cm thick sheet, as shown in the video.
Cut into leaves with a diameter of 4 cm, cover them and let them rise for 30 minutes.
Fry them in a hot pan on medium to low heat. We make sure they get color on all sides before taking them out.
Finally, we ideally serve our buns hot with praline or jam.

Καλή σας μέρα, ιδανική συνταγή για κάτι απλό αλλά τόσο νόστιμο, μήπως μπορούμε να τα ψήσουμε στο φούρνο ή αλλάζει εντελώς η γεύση ;και πάλι συγχαρητήρια
Μπορείτε να τα κάνετε και στο φούρνο αλλά είναι πιο νοστιμα στο τηγάνι . Καλή συνεχεια !
