28:25 You're GODDAMN RIGHT it is Kifinosi! I kept saying over and over since the movie came out that it should get an animated series that expands the world building and the whole mermaids vs krakens conflict history. Directed by Rob Renzetti, the guy behind "My Life As A Teenage Robot". And Chelsea SHOULD be separated from Queen Nerissa and improved in order to make her not just a Little Mermaid parody: let's say that she PRETENDED to be her mother Queen Nerissa to steal the trident and she did this in order to impress her. Then we see that Chelsea was raised by her mother, along with her many sisters (Chelsea's sisters), to manipulate humans and this is the only way that she socializes unable to talk with others sincerely. Her mother is like Vlad Plasmius from "Danny Phantom" someone powerful and influencial and Big Mom from One Piece in the sense that she has daughters just as a manpower for her army and she doesn't care if one of them dies (we can use this opportunity to establish a connection to the original mermaid lore). Chelsea's overall appearance isn't natural, that is make-up that makes her similar to her mother and only high-ranking members of the mermaid army, she doesn't have an identity. I was thinking maybe build up her mother and the abuse that she made to Chelsea (Ragyo from Kill la Kill levels of abuse). Maybe it is an Emperor Belos kind of thing where the mother manipulated an entire race (In Chelsea and her ancestor's case the objective being on turning their race into the dominant species in the sea).

Wait what about the other Dreamworks villains you forgot to mention like The Colonel from Spirit: Stallion of the Cammeron, Layton t Montgomery from Bee Movie Guy Gange from Turbo, The Spiny Mandrilla from The Croods: A New Age, Hendricks from Spirit Untamed, Dr. Erwin Armstrong from The Boss Baby: Famy Business and Goldilocks and the 3 Bear crime Family from Puss in Boots: The Last Wish? Where do they all fit in?
@@NebulousSedulousStrenuous My grandmother who I call "Nana" was born in London and I was born in Washington State, US. What part of the UK are you from?
A very good list with some nice choices and categories, the villains that are missing were The Colonel, Layton T. Montgomery, Jack and Jill, Guy Gagne, The Spiny Mandrilla, Hendricks and Dr. Erwin Armstrong.
Galaxhar wanted the Quantonium housed in his home planet. And...were not specifically told, but apparently the only way to get it was to destroy the planet. Basically, he's power hungry.
dave the octopus should be much higher considering he literaly tried to commit GENOCIDE on all penguins (the way he unleashed them on the city after turning them into monsters and tricked the humans into calling the exterminators) and chantel dubois should also be higher because she's an ANIMAL SERIEAL KILLER (based on all the heads she has on her wall).
38:53 Also Jack is effectively Disney not only because of all the references to Disney things but his obsession with controlling the world's magic like disen wants to control entertainment.
Honorable mentions: Dr Erwin Armstrong (Boss Baby: Family Business) Goldilocks And The Three Bears Crime Family (Puss In Boots The Last Wish) Guy Gagne (Turbo) Hendricks (Spirit Untamed) Jack And Jill (Puss In Boots) Layton T. Montgomery (Bee Movie) Le Frog (Flushed Away) Megamind Petey The Cat (Dog Man) The Pied Piper (Shrek Forever After) The Poison Apple Villains (Shrek The Third) Spiny Mandrilla (The Croods: A New Age) Teetsi (Madagascar Escape 2 Africa) Dishonorable mentions: The Doom Syndicate (Megamind Vs The Doom Syndicate)
I mean can blame him yes he is death but puss in boots was wasting his 9 lives like nothing so I would get irritated also because he should be savoring his 9 lives instead of wasting them so in my opinion he just wants him to also realize how precious life is even if it is in his own twisted way
@@demongodking6681It doesn’t really change the fact that he himself openly admits that he’s cheating. Sure Puss might have been wasting his lives but his job is too collect lives when the time comes not just whenever he feels like it.

24:12 What The Fairy Godmother did really was false advertising. She endlessly forced Fiona to marry Prince Charming even though Fiona was already married to Shrek and Fiona continuously expressed her discomfort over being Charming’s wife. That business she was running does not actually guarantee satisfied customers, including, but not limited to Fiona and is rather a trap forcing innocent beings to marry other individuals they’re unwilling to marry and that’s an illegal company that should get shut down because marriage isn’t forced, it’s something to be earned as Harold tried to point out in the climax of Shrek 2. Needless to say, The Fairy Godmother’s horrible plot almost worked if not for Harold’s redemption and the contribution of Shrek’s fairytale friends
In my school vr game, the Gorg are the Aliens to assist the Ultra Beasts in the Yearly (now monthly) Purge Days by giving them protection and the biggest example is after Goalius Meteor slammed Photoius into The Masters 8 arena he gave The Tri Beast royal family Gorg Super chips which leads to the death of 3 My Hero Academia villains (Twice, Stain and Overhaul)
death isn't that evil. he's just doing his job most the time and even backed off on his own accord. he's an angry neutral force who left on his own. he's not evil
I can't believe you put the one villain also known as Lord Shen who committed attempted genocide and attempted child murder I didn't put them at the top yes I know that galaxies are did that too but I imagine he didn't just make a child watch his mother die and showing no remorse
The villains from Cartoon Network usually combine exaggerated characteristics that align well with the impulse of the Seven Deadly Sins. Here’s a demonstration of some iconic villains and the sins they mostly nearly represent: 1. Mojo Jojo (The Powerpuff Girls) - Pride • Pride🤴: Mojo Jojo, a highly skillful but hubristic individual, firmly considers that he is destined to rule the world due to his exceptional intelligence and abilities. His interactions with others often involve him expressing grandiose and self-involved fantasies about his future magnificence and power. 2. HIM (The Powerpuff Girls) - Wrath • Wrath😈: He embodies villainy and detestation, fueled by rage and a proneness for preying on others, particularly the Powerpuff Girls. His strong temper can be seen as an embodiment of wrath. 3. Aku (Samurai Jack) - Greed • Greed🤑: His likeness for leadership and influence is boundless. Aku’s ability to guide planets and govern all living beings is connected to the likeness for more, as there is a fancy to gain everything for oneself. 4. Father (Codename: Kids Next Door) - Envy • Envy🤬: Father is usually characterized as downright ruthless to children, disregarding their innocence and individuality, and feeling jealous of their freedom and happiness. This jealousy motivates his villainous actions as he tries to disrupt their joy, often resorting to manipulating their behavior and using his authority to control them. 5. The Ice King (Adventure Time) - Lust • Lust💋: The Ice King's endless purpose for princesses and his likeness to thrust them into marriage is likened to a toxic romantic fixation. One of the princesses he focuses on is Princess Bubblegum. 6. Lord Fuse (FusionFall) - Gluttony Gluttony😋: As an extraterrestrial conqueror, manipulates and demonstrates a pattern of exterminating planets and their inhabitants to amass resources for his army, thereby showcasing a marked inclination towards resource exploitation and gluttony. 7. Mandark (Dexter’s Laboratory) - Sloth • Sloth🦥: Mandark's likeness with beating Dexter and trying to take shortcuts to win shows how little he cares. Instead of creating things, he's more interested in destroying Dexter, which shows that he's boring when it comes to learning.
1. 26:57 No joke? Ok, I'm sorry, but while this guy is pretty evil, his name makes it hard to take him seriously. He even gets laughed at in-universe. Also, he's much more of a joke than Rudy from Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs (who you stated was "played for laughs"). I mean, what's so funny about Rudy? 2. 13:59 Ok, that's true that a bear's gotta eat, but Vincent was clearly being malicious and not just "trying to eat and survive". I mean, he used death threats to RJ and actually tried to kill him and his friends out of spite. He was even sadistic about it. In fact, Vincent congratulated RJ on betraying his friends and told him that if he'll become like him if he continues to be a selfish traitor in the future, which implies that he used to have friends, but then betrayed them and/or got them killed. This means that Vincent is not sympathetic and all of those actions make him a much more villainous character. In fact, I personally think he's Pure Evil. 3. Why aren't villains like Hernán Cortés from The Road to El Dorado, Jack and Jill from Puss in Boots, Layton T. Montgomery from Bee Movie, Nana from Madagascar, The Captain of the Duloc Guards from Shrek, Colonel Cutter from Antz, Megamind and/or the Bad Guys on this list? And what about Le Frog, Spike and Whitey from Flushed Away? I mean, I guess I can somewhat understand why minor villains aren't on this list, but those characters I mentioned are/were villains with major roles. Yes, I know that Cutter, Megamind and the Bad Guys are technically heroes, but they started off as villains. And yes, I know that the Captain of the Duloc Guards, Cutter, Le Frog, Spike and Whitey are henchmen, but they still had major roles as villains and this video had some henchmen like Thelonious and Mr. Tweedy. In fact, the Captain of the Duloc Guards is in a much high position than Thelonious (as mentioned in the first Sentencing DreamWorks Villains For Their Crimes video) and the three aforementioned Flushed Away villains were included in the Aardman Villains: Evil to Most Evil video. 4. Thelonious should've been placed in the "Reformed Villains" category because while he did continue to work for Lord Farquaad in Shrek 4-D even after the latter died in the first film, he actually redeems himself at the end of Shrek 4-D, as he saved Shrek, Fiona and Donkey from falling into a waterfall and betrayed the Ghost of Farquaad. 5. How is Velvet more evil than Chef? I mean, Chef did far worse than Velvet, as she was genocidal. 6. Chef is not sympathetic. I mean, she had trolls eaten and was willing to continue doing so, even before she was banished, so yeah, even without her banishment, Chef still would've been evil anyway. In fact, she's another villain that I personally think is Pure Evil. 7. Creek's redemption is actually non-canon to any of the Trolls films, so yeah, since Creek stayed evil and died along with Chef in the first film, he probably shouldn't have been in the "Reformed Villains" category. In fact, I personally think he's Pure Evil in the first film. 8. How is Kai the Collector more evil than Lord Shen, let alone Jack Horner? I mean, Shen was genocidal and Jack tried to take all of the magic in the world by trying to using the Wishing Star, which could've got the world destroyed. In fact, Kai (as well as Shen) had respect for Po in the fourth KFP film like Tai Lung did (and in the second film, Shen was shown to care about the Soothsayer), so yeah, at least Kai (as well as Shen) have redeeming qualities. Jack, on the other hand, has no redeeming qualities whatsoever. 9. 34:07 What exactly do you mean by that? You already talked about some villains that don't have any redeeming qualities such as General Mandible, Mrs. Tweedy and Chef. Plus, Kai the Collector and Lord Shen do have redeeming qualities (as mentioned above). Oh, and Rumpelstiltskin did care about his pet goose Fifi, but then again it is up for debate if it's actually a redeeming quality or if Fifi was more of a commodity than anything else. 10. Why is The Toad ranked as more evil than Mrs. Tweedy in this video when Mrs. Tweedy was given the Gold Medal of Evil while The Toad was given the Silver Medal of Evil in the Aardman Villains: Evil to Most Evil video? 11. Despite Captain Smek (apparently) redeeming himself in the end of the film, he went back to being a villain in the TV series, Home: Adventures with Tip and Oh as his goal was to get revenge on Oh for replacing him as the Boov's captain from what I've heard about. So, I don't really think he belongs in the "Reformed Villains" category, unless he had redemption in an episode of the TV series that I'm unaware of. I'm sorry for the criticism by the way, I'm just very confused.
@@bradleyhauertheedtruncanfa5020 Yeah, that’s true. Not being taken seriously is not a redeeming quality and it doesn’t prevent anyone from being a villain. I very much agree with you on that statement. I’m just saying that it’s confusing when WickedBinge said that Professor Poopypants is “no joke”, and yet they said that Rudy from Ice Age 3 is “played for laughs” which was why he didn’t get the death penalty in the first Sentencing Blue Sky Studios Villains For Their Crimes video. I mean, Poopypants is a bigger joke than Rudy.

Yeah, I was wondering how come Layton T. Montgomery and Guy Gagne weren’t on this list in this video

Death is just doing his job
To be fair, Death DID try to kill Puss before his time out of spite, which isn't simply "doing his job".
We really need a DreamWorks villains worst to best tier list

A very good list with some nice choices and categories, the villains that are missing were The Colonel, Layton T. Montgomery, Jack and Jill, Guy Gagne, The Spiny Mandrilla, Hendricks and Dr. Erwin Armstrong.
Friendly Reminder that Death wanted to kill Puss early out of SPITE.
Well it is a very long list

@@jonahdengler3858 Puss In Boots Death
He is absolutely a villain. He stalks Puss in Boots and tries to take his life prematurely since he wasted his other 8
I mean can blame him yes he is death but puss in boots was wasting his 9 lives like nothing so I would get irritated also because he should be savoring his 9 lives instead of wasting them so in my opinion he just wants him to also realize how precious life is even if it is in his own twisted way
@@demongodking6681It doesn’t really change the fact that he himself openly admits that he’s cheating.

Jim Carrey characters good to evil
The villains from Cartoon Network usually combine exaggerated characteristics that align well with the impulse of the Seven Deadly Sins. Here’s a demonstration of some iconic villains and the sins they mostly nearly represent:
1. Mojo Jojo (The Powerpuff Girls) - Pride
• Pride🤴: Mojo Jojo, a highly skillful but hubristic individual, firmly considers that he is destined to rule the world due to his exceptional intelligence and abilities. His interactions with others often involve him expressing grandiose and self-involved fantasies about his future magnificence and power.
2. HIM (The Powerpuff Girls) - Wrath
• Wrath😈: He embodies villainy and detestation, fueled by rage and a proneness for preying on others, particularly the Powerpuff Girls. His strong temper can be seen as an embodiment of wrath.
3. Aku (Samurai Jack) - Greed
• Greed🤑: His likeness for leadership and influence is boundless. Aku’s ability to guide planets and govern all living beings is connected to the likeness for more, as there is a fancy to gain everything for oneself.
4. Father (Codename: Kids Next Door) - Envy
• Envy🤬: Father is usually characterized as downright ruthless to children, disregarding their innocence and individuality, and feeling jealous of their freedom and happiness. This jealousy motivates his villainous actions as he tries to disrupt their joy, often resorting to manipulating their behavior and using his authority to control them.
5. The Ice King (Adventure Time) - Lust
• Lust💋: The Ice King's endless purpose for princesses and his likeness to thrust them into marriage is likened to a toxic romantic fixation. One of the princesses he focuses on is Princess Bubblegum.
6. Lord Fuse (FusionFall) - Gluttony
Gluttony😋: As an extraterrestrial conqueror, manipulates and demonstrates a pattern of exterminating planets and their inhabitants to amass resources for his army, thereby showcasing a marked inclination towards resource exploitation and gluttony.
7. Mandark (Dexter’s Laboratory) - Sloth
• Sloth🦥: Mandark's likeness with beating Dexter and trying to take shortcuts to win shows how little he cares. Instead of creating things, he's more interested in destroying Dexter, which shows that he's boring when it comes to learning.
I love this
Much appreciated the futures
Dreamworks heroes: Good to most good.
Shen should be on top
Death(Lobo): I'm just doing on my mission. I'm not Evil
You guys didn’t include the main villain from boss baby 2 so this isn’t actually every dreamworks villain from evil to most evil.

Thanks for doing this can you please do Disney villains next
1. 26:57 No joke?
Comedy doesn't affect morality.
