Hi Hitesh, to be honest, I hadn't subscribed to your channel until now, but I just did. The reason is that the way you explain topics feels like you’re speaking directly from my heart.
Let me tell you why back during my engineering days, I was always eager to innovate and create something amazing with my skill set. But the problem was our flawed education system. We were forced to focus on “submissions” lengthy 20-30 page assignments, around 10-15 per semester, which we were required to complete. Teachers were solely focused on placements, and throughout my entire engineering and diploma journey, I didn’t find a single teacher who encouraged innovation.
I’m glad people like you are raising these issues and spreading positive messages within the community. I usually avoid subscribing to Indian tech education channels because some of them mislead the community and act like the alter egos of those same teachers. I truly hope you’ll continue to spread these positive vibes.

Many people are not learning it on last day they are learning it from the first year apart from the curriculum and then going for masters as currently the environment of engineering colleges are not focused on core subjects, so the students who are interested are going to abroad or pursuing masters for that as they have deep knowledge and they are applying to build great things.

A lot of people watching this will leave their positive comments and agreement, however this engagement will not translate into any kind of action. It's easier to acknowledge a problem publicly than to take the steps needed to address it personally. Most of these people would consume the content that aligns with their beliefs to feel validated but would later go on just to continue the very same thing that they were doing before without changing anything at all. Because maybe the motive behind watching such a video is to feel reassurance than to have a new perspective. Without a genuine desire to innovate or change, their focus remains on securing high-paying jobs. This video is not going to change anything at all for such people, they just want to engage with someone they believe must be right and align themsevles with them. Huge respect to hitesh sir bringing such awareness maybe if not everyone but im sure this video will change the mindset of a lot of students and help them find the right path for themselves.

    My perspective to this:
    1. The money problem: As I mentioned in my video, the flashy thumbnails attract a lot of engineers who are just in it for the money.
    2. Lack of exposure in college: Your college will never teach you how to solve a problem that has stakes attached to it. You are NOT under any deadline, or the threat of losing your job, So students are not motivated to master the thing that they're trying to learn.
    3. Constant FOMO: Self explanatory. Getting a job is more important than learning. Recipe for disaster.
    4. Influencers: Creating videos 'talking' about engineering rather than actually teaching the advanced concepts. Only basic basic basic concepts videos on UA-cam.

Education mai hi drawbacks hai. Logo ko CS k basics hi clear nahi hai networking, OS, OSI, buffers, schedulers, etc etc aur seedha html css JS seekhte hai.
Aur education k bahar jitna bhi source hai woh youtube hai jaha 75 perecent log 4 hours 7 hours mai pura react aur node.js seekha rahe hai. Docs nahi padhna chahta koi.
Aur baki ka bhi youtube education kisi tarah se regulated nahi hai na hi organised hai.
Sabse main problem hai ki tech ki, ki woh hamesha update hote rehta hai har 2-3 moths mai naye version aate hai patches aate hai toh tutorials pe nahi bharosa kar sakte jinko yehi nahi pata ki react ka konsa router latest mai use ho raha hai . Aur second main problem kahi bhi pura fullstack development nahi seekha rahe log.
Fullstack sirf MERN nahi hota, usko kaise deploy karna, kaise production mai monitor karna, metrics read karna, uski efficiency badhana, cost effectively deploy karna,(serverless), secure karna(secrets kaise store karna), pipeline kaise build karna, highly available kaise rakhna, sab cheeze full stack mai aajati hai aur iska latest tutorials nahi milte sab cheezo k ek sath.
Iss liye docs padhna zaroori hai bohot.

Sir such good take on this topic 👍, I am worthful to see your videos on this kind of take for community. Viewers support this channel for more un-touch takes, and by no-one on other youtubers makes this type of videos for audience. Sir good wishes from my side.

Sir, me ek aur baat kehna chahunga ki yeh jo mindset hai ki pehle aap koi coding language choose karo, fir usme DSA karo fir development ye sab ek student ke mind me college hi bhar rahi hai.
Abhi me 3rd year me gaye hu aur hame """T & P""" Cell ka dar man me bhara ja raha hai ki agar tumne koi bhi 3 session miss kiya to tumhe blacklist kar diya jayega loi bhi interview me baith ne nahi diya jayega apna Interview Off- campus karlena.
Basically ye bate hame force karti hai ek "RAT RACE" ka hissa banneke liye na ki ek accha SOFTWARE ENGINEER .

I also want to be a good developer but AI is solving the same problem in just few seconds which I take hours.
I got demotivated sometimes thinking what is the use of coding when AI is doing the same job efficiently 😥
But your videos give me confidence everytime. Now i will do more practice 🤞🏻
