    The woman who was arrested pretty much nailed the coffin shut when she said she had to catch up to the other car to show them her gun. And nobody knows if she was a felon or not, not even the prosecutor. Go figure.

    • @VioletWings1353
      @VioletWings1353 Рік тому +5

      The prosecutor didn't have the woman's criminal record pulled up. She wasn't even told the woman's name to pull it up. Critical thinking skills are a must here.

    I’m going to go against the norm here and say there were two sides to the story here and just because she had a weapon doesn’t mean she pointed it at the subjects. If you notice the RP changed their story at the end from what they initially stated in the beginning and they failed to state they were the ones that initiated the road rage incident. If Tpr. Hess, the ADA and the Deputy couldn’t initially decide I bet a good Defence attorney will probably have a hay day with this. Would like to hear if there is a follow up to this. Very interesting. I agree with the brandishing of the weapon but there are so many weird things about this stop. Thanks for posting another great video

    That was a great one. To be able to see all the go thru for a stop like that. Lots of work and time went into that to make sure they were doing the proper thing. It went a long way that she was calm. If she was an idiot there would have been no hesitation before he took her into custody. Great job ASP. One of these days I’m going to get out that way.

    I am confused about this entire situation. She was never charged with a felony but it was as a juvenile. That’s not her name but it’s her sister.
    But it was for check forgery.
    The fact that she caught up to the other woman to show her the gun she instigated it and took it to another level.
    She admitted to showing the gun. If she was run off the road after the first time she should have called the police.
    You can’t just go around waving guns at people.

    First off a responsible Gun owner never reveals or draws there weapon with out absolute cause! She an antagonist to catch up to the other person! So error on the Gun owner! As for the other fool she’s just a hateful person that needs to get over herself! Using a car as a weapon is indeed an issue!
    Best is what the trooper is doing consulting officials! Both ladies are in the wrong here!
    I am not buying Driver#2 story! Her claim to “seeing” a gun is even bs even though it was in a holster!
    Hey wasn’t she arrested for the charges Driver #1 made?
    Both need to have charges! To be fair!

    • @qasimjabbar5680
      @qasimjabbar5680 Рік тому +2

      how could they prove that she tried to run her off the road? because she said so? the only thing they could prove was that she pointed the gun at her she even admitted it. the other party knew the color of the gun and even the color of the holster the charges were correct.

    • @melodymakermark
      @melodymakermark Рік тому +3

      If I heard correctly, the gun was actually “silver”, which would indicate either a stainless or nickel finish. It did however have a black grip. Sounds to me like the woman never upholstered her gun, but regardless, once she told the cops she had to “catch up to her”, after apparently (according to her at least) having been run off the road four times didn’t fly. Kind of hard to convince that you feared for your life when you have to “catch up to someone”.

Vehicle located & stopped in idling traffic, surprise, no gun located, guy was wanted though. Called "victim" and told them to come id the suspect. Tried to get out of it, told your're obligated now. Arrived and arrested for false police report.

    It seems to me the only way you could see the color of the gun and the holster would be sideways, as if you are pointing it at the windshield. Straight on pointing would be hard to tell both colors.

Yes actions having consequences and the suspect was wrong and should be charged accordingly however I don’t feel the other party’s actions where correct either and she should be held accountable as well! If that was in fact true she could’ve killed the suspect by causing her to run off the road!😳💙💛🇺🇸⭐️ Thanks for the amazing episode buddy! Keep conquering as always!⭐️💙🎉👍

    That one's a headscratcher for sure. Tough, and lot of shesaid/shesaid, as it were. As the saying goes, there's always three sides to every story, one side, the other side, and what REALLY happened. It's an investigator's job to get to the third side, as best as possible. Mistakes were made by both parties for sure, even if Ms. Glass isn't guilty of that which she is accused. Be nice if there were further witnesses, camera footage, anything to add context and help to illuminate what really occurred. Initially I didn't think either party was being completely honest, although now I'm thinking that Ms. Glass sounded like she really was possibly being completely frank. I think the "victim" was still holding quite a lot back, and pretending that she wasn't the aggressor for at least some of it.
    I do have one nitpick, by the way. Despite Tpr. Hess doing a truly outstanding job with this crazy mess, he made a bit of error in stating that the nature of the interview was non-custodial, even though I understand what he meant. I don't believe that Ms. Glass was free to go at that time, or that Ms. Glass would have believed that she was. Rightly, she would have been considered to be under investigatory detention, given the circumstances, thus it could be argued that the interview was indeed custodial in nature. In fact, it might have been best to mirandize her early on, to ensure any statements made would be fully admissible in court without a defense attorney getting them chucked. Personally, I probably would have done so as soon as she admitted that firearm had been displayed, just to be on the safe side.
    I'd really like to know how this one pans out in the end, and what the disposition ends up being. It's gonna be as much of a mess for the court, as it was for Tpr. Hess. Any good defense attorney will have a field day with this, and the prosecutor is going to have their hands full.

I was told to get out while they looked for tattoos. I don’t have any. I haven’t had any issues since, and even have my nursing license and gun purchases.
