I am currently experiencing difficulties configuring the REC615 relay using the PCM600 software. Specifically, I am unable to find the undervoltage protection (27) settings in the PCM600 interface. When I connect, only current protection options seem to be available. The voltage protection is active and accessible directly through the REC615 relay, but I cannot access these settings via PCM600. I have checked the PCM600 documentation, but I have been unable to resolve the issue on my own. Do you have any advice on accessing undervoltage (27) settings or could you direct me to specific documentation on this matter?

Hello @hiecham. You need to check first if the under-voltage function block is already inserted in the application configuration or not.
If not, pleaes follow these steps to insert it:
      1. On the Insert menu, click FunctionBlock.
      2. Click in the Application Configuration window.
The Insert Function Block dialog opens.
      3. Select the function block and click Insert.
      4. Enter the function block data and click Assign.

Hello @santoshjaiswar4907. Please make sure that only one PCM600 is running on your PC and then follow these steps to use ACT:
      1. In Plant Structure, select an IED.
      2. On the Tools menu, click Application Configuration.
Application Configuration opens in the tool window.
      3. Create or modify the application configuration.
      • Organize into main applications over the needed amount of pages.
      • Insert function blocks, hardware channels and variables.
      • Make connections.
      4. Click the Save button on the toolbar to save the configuration.
The changes are shown in the Plant Structure.

What is the meaning of IRF in Binary Output ?

    • @ABBlearning
      @ABBlearning  11 місяців тому

Hello @RahulKumar-sw2hk. The IRF stands for Internal Relay Fault. The relay has a signaling contact for Unit ready / internal relay fault indication. Under relay healthy condition this will be in close condition. During internal fault this will open.
      Thanks for contacting ABB

It has been three weeks since I reconfigured a REF615 relay, and I needed to check some signals online. But I no longer remember the activation of the online icon.

      Hello @integraciondetecnologia.
      1. On the toolbar, click the Work online button to start online monitoring.
      2. On the toolbar, click the Watch window button.
Use the watch window to monitor certain signals in a separate window. A
signal can be added to the watch window by right-clicking the function block
signal in Application Configuration, and then selecting Add to watch
      window from the shortcut menu.
      3. On the toolbar, click the Work Offline button to stop online monitoring.
