It’s so funny and in-character the way Elaine is enticed by the consideration and kindness of the bizarro group yet the expectation that she return that was the dealbreaker.

I love how Jerry isn't ashamed or defensive about Elaine saying he's the opposite of reliable and considerate. He's more intrigued by the Superman parallels.
Jerry couldn't care less about being a good friend or a good person.

@@VerdaTal What's different about Sunny.. Seinfeld, like most other sitcoms has one normal person (Jerry) to ground everything. They basically react to the quirky or crazy people or situations around them. Sunny doesn't have that because all 4 of them are insane. 😀

This episode was brilliant on so many levels. Elaine got a glimpse of how normal people really behave (although exaggerated) and it was incomprehensible for her.

I love that Bizarro George speaks quietly, this entire episode was fantastic writing.
I also noticed that Feldman had a really good idea with his weather clock radio and when Elaine told him it was a good idea he didn't have any confidence in himself and said "forget it" On the other hand Kramer has terrible ideas and when he's told that they are stupid he reacts the opposite way and goes ahead with it anyway.
Notice how his suit fits him perfectly unlike George's

This episode really showed how insane Seinfeld and his group were. I mean who goes into a person's apartment and just starts eating their food without asking? Especially when you just met the guy

Well thats the joke, but she only did that because it was all too familiar to her. The environment was alllllmost the same so she just did what felt natural. Only problem is.... she just met them lol

I love all the ways that the bizarros are better people than Jerry and friends, but there's one way that they're worse.
The regular group are jerks to each other sometimes, but they always forgive easily. The Bizarros are really nice, but they have no tolerance for even a single mistake.

I hope they found their Bizarro Elaine one day. She’d be a fantastic dancer who adores The English Patient, hates Jujifruits, never uses exclamation points, only eats muffin bottoms and throws out the tops, has friendly chats with the local manicurists in fluent Korean, and yanks people in for hugs instead of shoving them away upon hearing good news.

One of Seinfeld's best episodes ever. It's so satisfying seeing Elaine's toxicity and cynic behaviour clashing into a healthy universe, with a total opposite group of good intentioned, wholesome friends lol

I love Elaine's questions about Bizzaro Superman. The thing about the concept of opposites is that it's often very subjective.
Like there's no true opposite of a concept, maybe only charges of elemental particles can truly be opposites.
Always enjoyed when Jerry explains Bizarro World to Elaine, she then starts to question why It's "Goodbye" rather than "Bad-bye"...."does he live under the water?"...."is he Black?" and annoyed Jerry caves in with "Look, just forget the whole thing alright"!🤣

This episode is a perfect example of Jerry's writing vs. Larry's writing. A lot of people consider it weaker writing, too wacky. But this is right up my alley.

Elaine always was a selfish person. She’s always thrown her friends under the bus for something better
She even says outright in the Puerto Rico Day episode after she ditches them in the car and Jerry tells her she can't just leave the group: "I've been trying to leave this group for ten years."
I can't stand her, on the show and in real life she's a POS
She was arguably too good for them…well Jerry was maybe just s step below but she was definitely slumming by staying with the originals. The Bizarros were too perfect tho, in time she would have gotten bored.

I always like the little detail with the apartments, Jerry has posters/photos of cars in his apartment, while Kevin has horses or bikes.
And the entrance was on the opposite side of the screen. 😂

Elaine's questions about bizzaro Superman are spot on. Except I always wondered if Good bye would be "bad hello" instead of bad bye
The director of this episode gets the main kudos here. It's a great concept but without the direction - especially the sidewalk scene - the brilliance might have been lost.
I love how Elaine is essentially a supervillain after mercilessly attacking a man who is innocent in every way.

When I was 11 I saw this one and cried for Elaines conundrum. She had finally found the perfect set of friends, but slowly she realized that they were from a world that she didnt belong and she had to reserve herself back to the flawed world where she fit in.
The point of the show is that the characters don't hug, learn or grow. So she can't learn to be a better person, and doesn't know how to make amends after hurting Keven and become part of the group.
Proof we live in a bizarro world now. “Hello, Goodnight everybody” gets elected Senator.
And he just checked himself into the hospital for depression

Ok so Bizarro Jerry is sensitive, cerebral, collected. Bizarro George offers to pay dinner and talks more quietly, and Bizarro Kramer has good ideas but doesn’t follow up on them. Interesting how they kind of reveal the worst in the main characters

Too bad Kevin and his pals weren't brought back for the Trial episode. I mean they could have had them testify that Elaine assaulted Kevin.
I don't think they'd do that. Rather, they'd come to her defense. Probably she should have gotten a separate trial, same with Kramer. They could say she's not up to stopping a mugger; and Kramer's defense would be that he recorded it and turned it over to the police. So they'd get off. But George and Jerry would be subject to character assassination and found guilty.
The bizarro Newman capped it off.

Elaine ditching Jerry, George and Kramer so easily like that is such a filthy move: the one good thing these four have is their friendship among each other and she just throws it away.
The three were always accepting of Elaine's weird boyfriends, for example...

She always liked to believe she was superior to Jerry, Geroge and Kramer in every way, and she finds the complete opposite of these guys she feels no guilt or shame for dumping the originals for them.
What she didn't count on was the Bizarro trio were far less forgiving and tolerant of her overbearing and rough shed ways that it was only a matter of time she'd end up being ejected from the group.

That Bizarro Superman statue at Kevin's place is a nice touch.
