That is so quick... That opening and ending melody feels like something in a Royal event! The melodies are just amazing, not so much from the clock's speaker though... (hopefully they add these melodies in a new clock with better speakers, please!) But overall, it's nice to see they tried something a little bit different. (unlike Rhythm - and they are going to leave the US market soon, sadly) *Edit* - I just noticed that the speaker in the video is the 2W one, so... the sound is not good at much.
@ I don’t think they are, tbh. With Seiko clocks, you’re paying for the looks and the sounds; not the build quality. Kinda like Disney in a way: you’re paying for the experience there; not necessarily the _actual_ cost per visitor (it’s probably MUCH less than what they charge you).
The design looks really great, I love how this clock looks! But otherwise…I’m not sure if I like it 😅 The music sounds very interesting, and it reminds me of 32 Chord/SSS/etc., but the quality of the sound is very poor. And for ¥110,000, there isn’t much movement. I would’ve rather Seiko re-used the figurines and motions from the other models that this one was based off of. That being said, I do see a lot of potential in this design. I hope that maybe a more affordable version is produced and released…maybe one with a circular frame? Seiko is experimenting with their musical clocks, and that should be seen as a good thing. As Rhythm seems to be slowing down, Seiko is still experimenting and trying to innovate. There is still hope for a future with Karakuri clocks! 😊
Nice clock! What type of speakers did you use for the modification? The stock speaker sounds kind of underwhelming and this speaker that you installed sounds much better. I might get this next year (not sure but it’s possible) so I want to know how you did this.

あとプラスチックだし、スピーカーの音質悪いらしいし...

モニターボタンがヒモタイプの引っ張るやつでかつ、秒針が連続秒針ことサイレントのやつなら完璧だった
やはり、スピーカーの音質が悪いのは少し残念ですね。メロディーとかは良いのになー。
