So here’s the lore: 1. starts off as Blue team takes the first action attempting to steal from Red. But without being seen, two Reds steal their vehicle and bring the fuel to their base. 2. The Blues, angered by this, they attempt to launch a counter attack…but the Reds were more than ready for them. 3. The Reds, after defending the base, launch an counter of themselves, doing an aerial raid on the blues. 4. The surviving blues, attack the Reds base full-force. 5. Two Red scouts are searching for signs of a Rocket used by the humans, and eventually discover it, but there is still much more to search. 6. Meanwhile elsewhere, the Reds attack another Blue base with their vehicles, bringing nothing but more ruin to the Blues. 7. The Blues decide that they need to launch of a rocket of their own in order to gain the upper-hand. A team is sent out to get a energy crystal, but encounter a transforming and dangerous monkey. The stone is dropped, launching the rocket, but the astronaut was in the toilet. 8. The blues needing another power source decide to steal from Red. So they sent two of their best operatives that disguise themselves, secretly grab a few crystals, and immediately make their exit, but they are pursued by Red members. 9. Eventually, with the stolen power source, the blues make another rocket, but Red tries to sabotage this attempt, and switches the path of the rials, making the blues travel to more Red forces, this sabotage causes Red team to take back the stolen power, imprison the blues, and travel to the launch site. 10. As the Reds travel, they are attacked by the more rogue and brutish faction that use the energy crystals to fuel them. Surprisingly, the Leader of the Red Team is personally defending the train. Meanwhile, the same is happening to the Purple Team, the leader of which, is on the train. This gives the soldiers inspiration to prove themselves and defend their cargo. 11. A Red Outpost Tower encounters more of the Rogues, and scares them away…but…there are bigger threats at hand. 12. With the death of the outpost monkey, the Red suspects it to be the blue’s doing. Angered, they launch a raid to avenge the fallen brother, using their upgraded prototype vehicles and bring destruction and calamity to the base. 13. Before the blue base was attacked, they sent a message for reinforcements, this reinforcements, while traveling, encountered a Red train moving with a rocket. The blues immediately pursued and brought it down. 14. Elsewhere, the Yellow team, an unseen team until now, are defending against a raid from the rogue monkeys. Meanwhile, the blues, obtaining more power, send their power and rocket to their launch site. 15 (FINALE) The Green team (another unseen team) are being attacked by the rogues. But, it turns out that the rocket launches are a race to obtain superiority…….but another faction, hiding in caves and shadows, replacing their flesh with metal, have been making a rocket of themselves. With these enhancements, and secrecy, they believe they can their rocket launched first, unscathed. *SONG LORE/ THEORY* The song played throughout the videos are usually correlated with four monkeys, seemingly on the Red team, singing to another “monkey in the middle” of the room, who appears to be saddened. The four other monkeys decide to sing to cheer him up. Here’s the theory part. The song’s lyrics might not be the lyrics at all. It could in fact be the perspective of stories from the Red team of the entire lore? How can I prove this!? Simple. The song never plays when the Red Tower monkey gets crushed, as nobody was there to witness it. The same could be said when the cyborg, forgotten team monkeys were there. The song never plays, as no Red was there to see them. But. How come the song plays when we see Yellow, Purple, and Green? Well, each team’s train being recorded as we see in: 15 (FINALE)
Honestly I think the lore got twisted up in the last third. The introduction to Purple was cool and all, but the White Monkeys should've been built up more as a threat before introducing everyone else. Plus, only Red and Blue fought eachother, so why would the lore then also introduce Purple, Yellow, or Green without establishing their motives and relationships first? Really hope Season 2 solves these lingering questions.
I also thought this but i really hope the new season will flesh out the villains and the other tribes beacusw the villains arent a threat at all and we dont about the other tribes beacuse we know practicl nothing about them.
We also need to know the reason for rocket competition. Is it a cultural practise, or is it their way of war? Why are red and blue so against each other
THEY WHERE ALL TESERS FOR SEASON TWO FATE: BATTLE OF THE APES U KNOW THE SHOW WHEN A BUNCH OF MONKEY FIGHT FOR THE ULTIMATE MAGIC IN ORDER TO GET MONKE TO SPACE
Here’s an odd theory. As we know the green substance is probably related to the green crystals like we saw the white monkey have in one of the episodes (I forgor which). But in that same episode, we see the white monkey mutate after the crystal is stolen from them. Maybe they might be using the crystals for fuel, but maybe the teams might be using the crystals to mutate their monkeys to get them more powerful, and win the rocket race. We also see the blue rocket go off on accident in this episode, where it presumably fails, leading to them not winning the race at that point. We have not seen the winner of the race yet, but now that the leader of the brown/gray/whatever the heck the “evil” faction is has there own rocket, this may lead to other competitors in the race to space. Also, side note, monkeys, apes, and other primates are some of the most common creatures sent to space.
I watched an ad and as I saw in just the one what’s happening is that after the extinction of humans the surviving few humans went to space which Monkeys witnessed and now they are all racing to get to space first using uranium as their rocket fuel, don’t know why they want to get to the humans though

The whole story arc is just so amazing how it’s just built up by these 2 ancient civilizations having different issues and struggles makes such a great story, truly all a movie could want to be. What a Masterpiece

This is a great movie witch shows us that all man and monkey will give it their all to gain the upper hand and get some uranium to conquer space. Cant wait for the sequel
Wow, truly a great movie. Absolutely beautiful story, well-written characters, amazing world building, and the fighting scenes truly describe what real war is. There were times where I cried, and times when I laughed. I believe the Red Tribe will be one of the strongest, or maybe get their rocket up first. But because of the new "tribe", the one we've seen in the caves, they will probably launch first. Or maybe there will be a plot twist. Anyway, a great movie after all. 100000000/10.

My strung together explanation of the whole Chinese Monkey Lore season 1, spoilers below: Beginning in part 1, we find ourselves in the midst of a war between two monkey factions, Red (which is named Choatic) and Blue (which are named the Merchants). The reason for war seems to be to get to space first, as revealed by the last episode, but for now they're fighting over a radioactive liquid called "Neon Fuel" (the sticker on red's vehicle in part 1 confirms the name) that can be used to power weaponry and technology. They want the edge over the other both in war and in technology, at the cost of their own lives. This isn't just Red and Blue fighting for this liquid, while they're the main two factions throughout this series, we later get introduced to Yellow, Purple and Green, as well as an additional Grey faction (commonly misunderstood as the green faction), all of which go nameless and/or their names are unreadable. For most of the series, we find ourselves in the war between the Chaotics and the Merchants, the Chaotics seemingly have an edge with their technology and sheer force. Nothing of major importance comes until part 5, where the Chaotics discover what I assue to be a previous experiment of theirs, which they can likely use for scrap and as reference for their future builds. Part 7 introduces us the the Grey faction, which also seem to be focused on the same goal, as shown in the last part of the final episode. However, there is also an additional moment that showcases why the neon fuel is important, as one of the uranium chunks falls into the activation bucket, which launches the Merchants' test rocket. This rocket never comes into play later, so we can assume that this uranium, while powerful on its own, is not enough. It only changed the percentage from 99% to 100%, and thus they would need a lot more or an alternate resource, neon fuel. This explains why neon fuel is so important to every faction, as it shows that even uranium cannot power a rocket, you need proper fuel. Part 9 shows a newly built rocket being loaded up and transported, but the Chaotics are right on their tail, they manage not only take the rocket, but take their precious neon fuel, putting them incredibly far behind in the space race. Part 10 brings us to the leader of the Chaotics, and the brawl with the Grey faction, but it also introduces us to a desert area, alongside a completely new unnamed faction dubbed the Purple faction, of whom is also at trouble with the Grey faction, and is also trying to lead in the space race. Part 11, while not particularly important, brings us an unanswered important question: who the hell is the giant grey monkey at the end of the episode?! We never get an answer, and we can only assume that it is real due to the loud thud at the end of the episode. We get no answers to this thing, and I hope season 2 clears it up. The next important part is part 13, as the Merchants, with cunning strategy and thinking, end up detatching the rocket from the Chaotic's train, as well as damaging their equipment, putting them at a slower pace and bringing the Merchants up to speed once more. Part 14 find us at a completely new area with a completely new faction, which is either called the Brutal faction or the Yellow faction, either way they find themselves at war with the seemingly overwhelming Grey faction. We also spot the Merchant leader being increasingly worried over the transportation of neon fuel, as tensions are rising within the many many new factions. In the finale, part 15, we get introduced to all the leaders, as well as get more shots of the logos of the factions. We get introduced to the Green faction, who seem to have a bomb related name as their logo is a picture of a circular bomb. We also get introduced to a snowy area, further widening the Chinese Monkey Lore world. This space race has caught onto the news, and the Chaotics faction celebrates. We get one last shot of all the trains before cutting to the Grey faction leader, who goes unlisted in the news, sitting upon a couch as his faction members celebrate the completion of their own rocket. As tensions rise, we can only hope for a season 2. My prediction is that the Merchants faction will end up rising above the rest, as they've already got functioning rockets that have been tested. We can only wait, however. Let me know if I messed anything up.
Gray monkeys are mutants, while green is actually gray faction. The former chaotics rocket is more likely from humans, as humans were alive, but nuked themselves to extinction. The monkeys developed heightened intelligence and became a dominant force. Some monkeys mutated harshly, The baby obviously one of them.

You saw the future my man, ep20 is the prequel
My strung together explanation of the whole Chinese Monkey Lore season 1, spoilers below:
Beginning in part 1, we find ourselves in the midst of a war between two monkey factions, Red (which is named Choatic) and Blue (which are named the Merchants).
Let me know if I messed anything up.
bruh you wrote more than i do in my english assignments lmao
Gray monkeys are mutants, while green is actually gray faction. The former chaotics rocket is more likely from humans, as humans were alive, but nuked themselves to extinction.
