The sugar is THAT ingredient we forget! We taste and know something is missing and It's always the sugar!!!! This looks soooo delicious...well done!! I've never had baked spaghetti....definitely will try this!!

That's right. You're not from the south if you don't put sugar in everything 😂
If someone creates a video saying they eat fruit during the day, everyone freaks out because fruit is so high in sugar, yet when someone makes spaghetti and adds sugar or makes cookies, cakes, or pies with 10x more sugar than fruit everyone is happy. It makes no sense. Sugar is not needed in spaghetti.

Cousin! I lost a great deal of weight after the loss of my Husband. I never thought that I would ever be called to skinny. But, at 5'3", I've gone from 130 to 101. I know.... I just can't seem to eat right. But cooks like you are helping me in amazing ways. With the delicious food you prepare. Hopefully, I'll fill back out soon. And yes, I'll be giving this a try too. This looks so Good. I've made baked spaghetti before, but with less ingredients, with garlic bread on the side. Have you though about making recipes that are diabetic friendly? Thanks for sharing.

You can twicket it to your dietary needs. I do it all the time. Sharataki, oat fiber, palmari or spaghetti squash can easily used as a substitute.

Tip: Always grate/shread your own cheese. The bagged shreds are coated with something to protect it and give it a longer shelf life I think. Besides block cheese 🧀 just melts better.

I've made this 2 ways now, one your way and one adding ricotta cheese as an additional cheese. Both are great! One thing i want to say is its important to grate your own cheese. That pregrated cheese doesn't get as creamy as grating your own cheese does. Its a small difference but a noticeable difference. Keep doing what you do Charlie you are such an inspiration to us home cooks!
