Disappointed. I was expecting a new modern airport, and they have done an old fashion one. Looks like an airport from the 80s. No art whatsoever. Cilindrical and square columns, low ceilings, old fashion ceiling lamps, old fashion ceramic colour on the floors. It looks cheap, very third world country style. They missed the opportunity to do something better. The one done on Santiago in Chile is way ahead of the Peruvian. The Chilean is bigger, nicer, definitedly modern and impresive in every way. Both were re done at the same time. But Lima´s seems to be constructed in the last century around the 80s. Why a country that presume to be a lider in the region do such a retrograd and ugly thing?
