I said a rather insensitive comment to one of my friends, and due to my rather traumatic past of letting others tell me what to do i could not back down from my claims, which made the situation rather escalated. (These are rather new friends) So while with some of my oldest friends can tolerate very insensitive jokes i overstepped a line of boundary by making a rather dry sarcastic comment about a comic book LGBTQ relationship, which made my friends upset because they are too, LGBTQ. I really did not mean any harm with that sarcastic comment, but i feel like they thought i was was being homophobic and stuff. That was not my intention. I really don't want to say sorry because the things i said in the following argument were not wrong by any means. I am slightly confused by all things LGBTQ because i was leaning to that side in the darkest moments of my life, and i still am ashamed of my actions back then. I really don't know what to do since apologizing is something i never want to do since i feel like i will fall back down from where i am now, but i really don't want to show a cold shoulder to my new friends for them being naturally upset about an insenstive comment. I know that my actions are a consequence of my traumatic social past, but that is not something i want to justify my actions with. I really like these guys too. It's just that my humor is dry and insensitive.

2 years ago I wanted to become a better man, today I would say I succeeded in that goal I’m kind now not nice, I have learned humility and to be humble, the last couple years I wasn’t a good person, I was nice to people but I wasn’t kind and I would judge others, I know that I am not the one who can judge or be judged, no one has that right, the only person we can judge is ourselves cause we know ourselves truly, inside and out. I’ve grown to love, not one single thing but in general but not a romantic love but an extreme appreciation for the ones around me and for the experiences I’ve had, and I’d love to see what’s next in life.
