A tailwheel! What a nice day for a VFR flight! Thanks for this!
Ben, you’re unlikely to remember me but I had the chance to have a few conversations with you at Aeros (Doncaster) last year during their open day. I was close to my first solo then and now I’m currently waiting for a good day for my solo cross country. I wanted to thank you for being just as nice in person as on camera. I also wanted to thank you for the advice you gave me. It was great to speak to you, excellent video btw.
Cool! A very enjoyable watch….. Laurie NZ.
Great video as always, and Sherburn is always a welcoming airfield to visit with a nice cafe.
Super video - thank you👍😊
The Eurofox is a nice aeroplane, radically different to the early kitfoxes, much more grown up and accomplished.
My dad had a Kitfox in that red, I designed the paint scheme with white and blue flashes on the wing tops etc. It was partly an in joke about dad "flying" with the Red Arrows at one time 🤔🤔😲😄😄
whats the useful load on one of those?
Do you think Leeds were using standby equipment?
Not sure! Never had that with them before, it was just strange we could hardly hear them and they couldn’t see out transponder either.
Need to get yourself in a new Eurofox 140 and do some 'Trent Palmering' :-)
Just squawk 2677 for Leeds and let them call you if they want you.
Great video as usual Ben!
Cheers Will! You need to have a go in one sometime.
