I left Melbourne Bus Link in Sandringham in 2005...The 1st low floor Sandringham had was 358 and we got that in 2001 I think. Greg Dower died about a year or 2 before I left.

The Leyland National or the Volvo's are more my thing but atleast there were some M.A.N.s though. Agreed with another comment on here, the timetables can be pretty useless and alot of busses often skip some stops to keep up or down turn their KPI's....

15 years later and the Dockland bus timetables are almost next to useless unless you want to go out for lunch when there is a abundance of buses in the middle of the day when there is hardly anyone riding them. And you get two buses at some ridiculously obscure hours on a Saturday on the routes which are useless for trying to get to and from work, Saturday is as useless as Sunday trying to get to work when there are no buses. It's great there is buses in Docklands, i've just been waiting patiently for when they start running buses at times when there are more people around such as myself to use them. It hit's like just after 6 when people are knocking off work and it's like an hour and a half until the next one ON WEEKDAYS IN AN AREA WHERE PEOPLE ARE JUST KNOCKING OFF WORK LOOKING TO GET HOME!!! There is even a Bus that does not even start until after 10 so it's stiff shit if your comming from work in that direction and even then it drops to an hour and a half between bus in the evenings and it's quicker to walk for an hour a long that route to catch a train.
