You can "append" the waypoints when you right click instead of "add". This will add them as the last waypoint to the current flight plan, instead adding them to the nearest leg.
In LittleNavMap you can right click and select Append Position to Flight Plan instead of Add. That will put the new waypoint at the end of the flight plan so you don’t have to do the manual dragging.
Thank you very much for creating a tutorial! I really appreciate it! A tip is to change the images in the source folder and not in the Packages folder. That way it will put the images folder in the compiled files folder (Packages) everytime you generate the bush mission, in case you make any changes. Otherwise it will be overwritten and lost since the SDK clears the Packages folder when compiling. Just a tip :).
@@f99mlu thanks for creating the tool, its super super useful and so much easier to use than manually editing the xml files!! Yeah I do actually mention changing the stuff in the source folder instead of the packages folder, but it is a tad bit confusing how I explain it in the video :p
Thanks, I now know how to make a bush trip and did my first last night (copying yours step by step). I was silly and put in this text for the final landing: "Welcome to Wellesbourne Mountford. Home of Bruce Wayne." But it did compile perfectly. I was also glib in one other leg by adding extra text at the end of yours: "Whee! Isn't this fun?" But that did not compile. Apparently an ' mark is not allowed! Maybe it is an American keyboard thing and the ' key is not the same code everywhere in the world.
This is brilliant, thankyou. Do you happen to know if there's a way to get the POI's within Flight Simulator 2020 into the Little Navmap application? I don't see them but seem to have everything else
Amazing video, it massively helped me. My only issue is that when I try to load my bush flight, I get an error that says "Content missing" even though everything is installed in the content manager. Does anyone know what is causing this?
Pretty stuck here as I have Java installed but clicking on BushMissionGen.Jar (yes coffee cup icon) very briefly opens and closes a black window and that is it.
Sounds like you may have spaces in your file path (i.e. the path to where your project is saved) e.g. C:/Users/myuser/BushGenProjects/My New Project That would have spaces in the My New Project name and would need to be MyNewProject instead
Is it possible to set different weather conditions for the different legs? Like you start the first leg in the afternoon and the second leg will be in the evening?
the legs are continuous, so once you land at one airport, you basically take straight back off so it would be odd for it to suddenly go to night time. Plus, I think the weather file only lets you define the global weather for the sim. You can put Live weather on though.
@@FlyingTheston The time will always reset between legs. Thats what bothers me a little bit, because you fly the whole Balkans bushtrip in the morning, but it takes you almost 9 hours to fly the trip from departure to arrival. Maybe they implement something like that later, because I like the idea that you can tell a story via the bushtrips
Love your content bro, i am currently facing a problem when i am placing a simobject for example fire truck so when i place it on my airport it keeps moving forward and backward, is there any way that i can re-animate the movement of the simobject or control it through sdk??
This somehow feels revolutionary for MSFS haha. Hope the community comes up with some awesome bush trips.
Right now I have 20 bush missions in my Community older.. I love it!!

oh that's useful to know, thanks for the tip!

By that I mean that the images are NEVER overwritten by the tool.. but it will be overwritten in the Packages folder by the compiler.

arh, this is great, thank you, i've been wanting to do this to tour around my custom scenery - so far i've been using POIs but this is much better
Thank you! Now I can make some nice bush trips of my own!

Is it possible to use a DLC plane? if so, how do I specify it correctly?
Doesn't work for me as it doesn't matter what I enter as prject name the box stays red and therefore I cannot compile any file.
In little Nav Map, if you APEND the waypoints you won't have to manually drag them.
Yeah someone already pointed that out in the comments down below, very helpful tip, thanks
If I select a Custom Weather scenario, how do I adjust the inputs? After you compile the Bush Trip?

My bush trip is finished, but when I try to play it, it says "One or more files missing"
when i click compile bush mission it says 'no spaces are allowed in the paths' whats wrong?

@@FlyingTheston thanks for the reply. i dont have any spaces in the name so i dont think thats the problem
Can we add our own airplane liveries into our bush trip?
How to turn on ATC to make it work? because it is not available all the time
if you want working atc you meed to make a new airport or modify an existing one and adjust its frequency as you like (along your bush trip)
Hello, cool thanks for the video, is it possible to create a person and then make them move like a civilian?
you could do manual animations, but to do something more complex you'd want to use the world scripting, which is still quite the mystery

not that I'm aware of, simobjects are very hit and miss right now
@@FlyingTheston aaah ohk thanks bro for the reply
Hey. Tell me, is it possible to make all planes available or all liveries for this plane?
you can make all planes. i was able to make one with the Airbus A320neo. Don't know about liveries but i am trying to find out.
