чисто да,но мы россияне не привыкли к вкусу рисовой муки ,так же как и стеклянной лапши из рисовой муки....ЭТО ТАКАЯ ДРЯНЬ,ЛИЧНО ДЛЯ МЕНЯ!!! Как и для них греча с молоком или огурчиками малосольными...

I’d say it’s shiroan, a sweet white bean paste.
Ramsey look up wagashi. That’s what these confection are called. You’ll find lots of recipes

I am just curious is it an ordinary factory, producing “every day meal” for all people...For example in the evening, while going home, me or my husband, who lives in your city, just see these cakes and think “oh, let me buy it for supper, kids want some sweet stuff’...Or a premium one? For expensive restaurants or candy shops where a cup of coffe costs 10 dollars... Because there is so much ingredients, a lot of elements and work of people. I think this factory works for premium market, no? Help me pleeeeeeaseee💐
This kind of teok(rice cake) is at delicacy level, usual special gift set.

I was wondering the same, and yes, now that you mention it, it probably is shiroan, an off-white sweet bean paste. My initial guess was nougat or marzipan, but yours makes a lot more sense.

Definitely white bean paste, marzipan doesn’t behave like that when put into a pot of boiling water.
Mostly we make mochi with white bean paste. but I've seen Chinese make these kind of dessert with lotus seed paste. In Korea, we don't use the lotus seed paste in common.
