  • JAB (1) : Start the punch from the normal stance and guard.
    Put weight onto your front foot.
    Keep your elbows in.
    Tighten your fist during the impact only.
    Toes pointed in the same direction as your chest.
    Palms facing down.
    Keep your rear hand near your chin the entire time.
    Do not step back when throwing the Jab.
