Ang provinces sa Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Abra, Pangasnan, Benguet remind me sa Northeastern Pennsylvania, but without ang malamig taglamigs. Some sa ang tulays sa Pennsylvania style tulays.

looks to me that the philippines are far from being a struggling country now compared to what it was 50 years ago so i don't understand their need to get out of it since their economy seems to pick up the paste and fast
