Hazard Recognition Through Workplace Examination in Mining

Prevention of accidents, injuries, and near misses is something we will all do a better job of if we learn to identify hazards, report them to the proper person, and eliminate them completely.

Tho the training video is very beneficial , useful and helpful, I recognise that all employees did not wear PPE properly I mean by that ( high visibility jacket )
- absence of safety signs
- No standard interior vehicle light
- Absence of barriers
Hazards are all around
