oh i see, did not know her twins were identical...in that case they were not designed medically...but carrying twins have a genetic factor in it from x chromosomes anyway wether identical or not..so dad's cousin has twins is like my friend had a twin once

If you're going to tell me I'm wrong, at least say something that is true. Producing identical twins is random, and has no genetic basis. On the other hand, producing fraternal twins can be caused by hyper-ovulation, which is an inherited feature. And since when is "the mother's body" not a genetic component? Anyway, next time, please do a little research.
