Then, after it sat around for about 4 months, I started using it again, and man, oh man. The scent completely changed. And no, my nose didn't change. I hadn't bought or tested anything for a whole year during that time. Banger.
I tried it in store a couple of weeks ago, which was the first I'd heard about it. I had one on each arm to compare. I found the Intense darker and smokier than the original, at first, but maybe after a while the original became smokier and the Intense became a bit sweeter. So quite similar to me, just rebalanced. I don't own either of them, so if I were just going to buy one, I'd buy the Intense. But I bought GNTONIC instead because in Sicily in February it already felt like spring time.
I feel like I probably won't need to buy the L'intense since I've already got a bottle of the OG version. I'm 25 so it probably fits my demographic better anyway, maybe when I'm older and have my shit together I can look at the L'intense version though.

Maxaroma is charging $340 for this, lol. I'll pass until it hits discounters. Their fragrances smell good, but if we're keeping it 💯 they are designer quality. Somewhere between CH Bad Boy line and something Paco Rabanne far as quality. Priced about $110-$115 full retail would be about right. For sub $70, most M. Micallef is a solid pickup.
Just tried DesirToxic original in Dubai airport. It smells exactly like Club de Nuit Limited Edition Parfum by Armaf. And Armaf is actually smells better to me. In my opinion, M Micallef is absolutely not worth the money.
