It worked really good! But for now I have stopped using the meditation becouse now I have got familiar with the surroundings and the staff, my team with whom I work together with. So the meditation was very helpful for me 💕😊

I struggle with social anxiety and this paired with my medication is working wonders over the last week or so. I had a business lunch last week with an individual I simply don't like , but regardless of this basic unlike of this person......I actually had fun .

i think i got social phobia from a traumatic child hood with a terminally ill parent, and while at primary school i was very shy and quiet around others, but it was more to the fact i couldn't process my emotions with this trauma that was going on in the family, and i was always teased and mocked for being quiet and from there is when it just snow balled and 20years later i feel the same stuck quiet , always on my mind to speak but can not its just fortified with barriers over the years until i emotionally died , but i now feel on a very slow mend i just need some kinda of reassurance and confidence boost, im sick of battling my thoughts question every thought being stuck in a loop of shit, with that way of life, it brought on all the bad things you dont want, loneliness, major depression, confusion, short term memory loss, sleeping problems excessive sleeping. i know you reap what you sow but i feel i cant, i want to give love and enthusiasm to others but im so locked up inside myself and going nuts with my thoughts, im finally out of my depression after a few years of being very depressed .
I can completely sympathise with you on this as I feel exactly the same and it does feel pretty debilitating at times, but you just have to keep pushing and it will become easier

@@misbahailia3345 I've gone into deep depression again, since then my mothers partner died my brother is struggling my mum feels she resents me for me being helpless and since covid I lost my job and all people i considered friends there, all I do now is sit.around waiting for the next day

This Phobia is very harmful, yet people that dont know what youre going through will think ill will of you. Ive had this since my teenage years. Im now in my 40s and its hard. I will finally go to a Psychiatrist to get the help
I got disturbed by my fish fighting and splashing around during this and I feel so light headed now I nearly fainted but I could sleep like an actual baby right now lol
While your talking about how relaxed and calm I am are we supposed to only listen to your voice or still imagine laying on the gras and what your saying only influences our subconscious mind? :)
This is pretty common, and people who go into relaxed states frequently (meditation, hypnosis, astral projection, etc) have pretty much trained themselves to ignore random itchiness or weirdness, but often they train themselves to move in a fashion that doesn't break their state for times when an itch is persistent. It's not difficult and doesn't take long, with practice, to do that.
Lusso Belle you should probably listen to them a few times a week, maybe 3 times? The days you don’t do it, do some yoga or meditation because that always helps

You don't need a psychiatrist. You need to remove trauma and engrams.

Im going to listen every day or every other day, as it 100% works the day after but I dont listen for abit then go back to my old ways
