33:24 announcers laugh at the play 33:55 laughing about it again 34:18 Bono's teammate cracking up 34:35 Announcers watching it again and laughing harder then the first time 35:16 Announcers mention the play and both laugh at it again 35:38 still funny 35:56 Bono laughing with his teammate Funniest play of all time confirmed?
Hello to everyone from Dorktown. Remember it's at the start of the 2nd quarter. I myself decided to ffwd to the final play of the 1st qtr and let it ride. Welcome.. To a moment in history
The IRONY is if Randall Cunningham or any mobile QB is at QB in this example the play doesn’t work. The cardinals simply didn’t think Bono was a real option to carry the ball. Another important factor is all the cardinal players on that side of the play not only fell for it they literally FELL. That’s why Bono was so alone deep into the run.
This is an excellent point -- the 46 was already a hyper-aggressive defense, but with Steve Bono in particular, it would have been effectively impossible to keep him honest on that play.
33:17, The commentator clearly has Krieg’s stint with the Chiefs from 3 years earlier imprinted in his head. Add to the fact that Krieg himself was on the opposing team in this game.
They wasted a legendary defense on the offensive ineptitude of Marty Schottenheimer, hampered by a GM who didn't know how to build a team through the draft.
The other thing that never gets talked about is the excellent play-fake by Bono. QB's usually ham it up so bad that it ... well, looks fake. Bono's was understated and relaxed, just as an actual handoff to Allen would have been.

I was 15 and remember this game and that Bono run and Valereo touchdown 😂 watching this now and looking how the NFL changed…it’s amazing
These 90's helmets are so damn spherical....
Az tried to block the punt deep but failed
I was at that game it was awesome

He also referred to Bono as Krieg at 31:20
I just time traveled back to 1995 watching this game wow. I was three years of age that year.
I clicked for the Bono TD run.
Didn't we all
I don’t know why you would click otherwise
thank you, Jon Bois
A rare Buddy Ryan/Marty Schottenheimer coaching matchup
During that 33:10 mark, Steve Bono had his own TV show all by himself...
...with Joe Valerio as his sidekick.
lol I'm a life long KC fan who hasn't lived there since the 70s so I missed most of their games. I never even knew about Bono's TD run. rofl
Those Cardinals had plenty of talent. They really underachieved in the 1990's.
I'm sorry, but that was just beautiful.
Damn impressive stop by kc at goal line
Illuminati number 33:00 for Steve Bono run

I still don’t think that’s Allen diving into frame
You can clearly see it was number 38, which means it was Kimble Anders.
hope you can try to find the broncos chiefs game from week 5 2003.
What happened in that game ?
John Lewis Dante Hall Game clinching punt return touchdown
Garrison Hearst ?
Guys talk about the fake for like the next 5 plays! Ha
Don Criqui has never gotten anybody's name right.
Dead wringer for my dad, though -- so that's something.
(...I actually think the idiom is "dead ringer," from horseshoe, but whatevvs.)
I thought that was Dick Enberg. They sound similar.
@@humanbeing2420Doesn’t sounds anything like Enberg
When did the NFL do away with the rule that helmets had to be huge and perfectly spherical?
What are you talking about?

55 min, and buddy proving his ball don't work
I bought a ticket stub from this game on ebay for $10 a couple yrs ago. Yall snoozed 😴
