I have been watching you tube for a year learning how to soft wash this was the first time I heard how to measure concentration of SH ie by know what 2.1 or 1.8 means on the down stream governor. Thank you so much for sharing.

It depends on your unloader. We use the flow unloaders & don't have the spike when you pull the trigger. Thanks
I run that same setup and Orange gun on my 6.5 GPM.
Could I use the same gun for my 4gpm??

Why did you put galvanized steel component in that setup? Knowing that it is highly susceptible to rusting? Wouldn’t aluminum or stainless have been a better choice?
Stainless or aluminum would have been a better choice, but the galvanized nipple has not rusted at all and I was able to get it locally on the quick. Thanks

Can you downstream with this set up? I’m guessing you’d use a remote set up? Does Chem come out both shooters?
Yes, we used this set up to downstream. Both tips will pull soap & we did use a remote box. Thanks

How much psi does the M5 handle? It doesn't say on the product page. I have 4,200psi 4gpm simpson pressure washer.
I am not sure about the PSI. We did use onw with our 4 GPM unit when we had it. It has a bigger orifice so you will not get 4200 PSI. Thanks
Is that just for soaping a house or how would I rinse without pulling soap since I use a 5 gal bucket to downstream?
You would need a remote shut off system. I use a downstream box I made. The flow pro is a great option. Thanks
I’ve been using a cheap Suttner ST-1100 for around 8 months now downstreaming 12.5 and have had no problems until a week ago. Internal started leaking. So purchased and 2315 as it has the stainless housing and ceramic ball. Wish they made them in safely orange because I almost bought the 2305 just for that.

Is this a good set up for a homeowner for cleaning windows and periodic house washing?. I was thinking about the xjetm5 to add some soap to the application
For a homeowner, the X-jet may not be a bad choice. I have not used the X-jet, but heard it works pretty good. You can also use it with a homeowner pressure washer. Hope this helos. Thanks

I use my fan tip meg tip. I usually do the cutting in after so I can get as much with the SC as possible. Thanks

I used to have a xjet m5, it seems to have tons of overspray/ seemed all over.....do you get that with this twist?
The M5 twist do have over spray. But it was not too bad. I have been using my AR45 gas roof pump with the red gun & it has been working a little better. Thanks

Hello... question here, that Kyle davis shooter tip is for shooting soap or high rinse...??? I have northen tool 5.5 to 6 Gpm, what would you recommend...??? I have Jrod (no assasin tip) witch have served me well but some times I'm falling short to reach house peaks with soap and rinse. Thanks.
I use a remote down stream box and it allows me to soap & rinse with the Davis shooter tip. Great tool to have. Thanks

I would call them. I know the supply chain is crazy right not, so there may be delays.

Are the big box store plumbing fittings rated for the high pressure?

How can I connect the gun to my chemical hose with a standard 3/4 fitting? Any type of reducers or adapters to be able to convert to a 3/8 quick connect?
This is a high pressure gun made to use with 3/8” hose. Not sure how much pressure you are running. Thanks

@@anthonyllanos4768 Most consider the M5Twist a soft wash set up. I am only putting out maybe 500 PSI. I use this set up with my pressure washer and 3/8” hose. Thanks

Why don't you just use the adjustable nozzles that HD sells. You can use same nozzle twisting to a fan or straight shooter

well this work on 1,600 PSI 1.2 GPM electric pressure washer. Should I get 2,000 PSI or higher for performance.
