Why Upper Sky? To check your Instincts exp. 3. Rejoin. 4. Repeat from 1 to 3 over and over again until you reach 5000.
You could at least take super human in addition, since Shanks has upgraded all types of haki to perfection, and because of this he can literally hover in the air and deliver strong blows without a sword.
