I went to a garage sale here in Arizona back in 2009 and found 2 putters that were in her fathers closet who passed away back in 1982. I really didn't know what they were other than they were both Ping putters and were literally like new because they with in the back of the closet for who knows how many years. They wanted $50 each so I figured what the heck. It turns out they are 2 VERY rare Ping putters that are highly sought after and collectable. I brought them to Ping here in Arizona and they were shocked to see these putters in basically brand new condition. They gave me those estimates back then and also offered to buy them but I decided to keep them and start collecting as a hobby. 1. Was a Ping Mod 1A Redwood City Putter with original grip and shaft - Mint condition (estimated value $1800-$2000 - but could be higher - because they have never seen this rare putter in as good a condition as this one.) 2. Ping Scottsdale Answer 1966 original shaft and grip also in mint condition (Estimated value $1500+ again this putter is in extremely mint condition) Since then I have found more than 20 rare Ping putters here and in garage sales around Texas and New Mexico. It is a great hobby of mine.
When you said righty and lefty Ping, it reminded me of a guy I played with years and years ago who had both left and right handed clubs in his bag and played from both sides and he was good. He beat me and I was a 7 hdcp. My mind was blown and I never saw him again.
I think you mean the consolation prize as when you didn’t win, you needed to be consoled for not winning. Console means to make someone feel better about an unhappy circumstance.
I play RBZ's for years now. 4 to lobwedge (and also woods). I was planning to get fitted for the first time and was thinking the P790 irons would be the main focus. Now that John got excited over the RBZ's I'm not so sure anymore I have to update to modern clubs.
I played a set of 08' TaylorMade r7 CGB Max irons ($5 per club) that I found at Goodwill for a couple seasons ... instant distance!! Those RBZ's are a great find!! Great video y'all, thanks!!
Just want to point out, I LOVE the Ash has all the 47 brand hats! I have a collection of them myself. Only hat I like/fits right. I have the same Anaheim Ducks I've seen in some of your vids! Cheers
Wow, I love selling hats. Although goodwills prices have gone up. I probably would have walked out of there with a bunch of those, If nothing else for my personal collection. Awesome finds. Love the channel!
Nice Callaway hat…but those of us who are follicularly challenged can’t wear mesh backed hats - the sunburn is too painful 😀😀😀 That TM 80s Burner 4 wood looked nice. Those were very popular clubs when I was in college in the late 80s. Many of us had the Tour Burner Driver & 3 wood. 👍🏻😀 A couple of years ago, I picked up a RAM Accubar metal 5 wood from 1983 and had it refinished…looks too nice to hit now. Nice video 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
A channel where they can include some NON golf stuff. Also another revenue stream. Why is it any of your business what they do? It's what all content creators are doing.
This channel at the moment seems to be where most of the store shopping videos go and the main channel seems to be mostly garage sales, flea markets, etc.

Great find on those RBZ irons. Out of all the iron sets that I have that's the one I use the most. Very forgiving & get great distance from them
