Hi everyone! In my last video I made three paintings and was giving one away! The winner of the painting is Mallorie Louann :) I’ll be doing a lot more giveaways during December! So stay tuned 😀
The bear 🐻 wall piece you have you can get it as a necklace same colour and design you can also get in other animals.i have a dog 🐕 necklace and my aunty has a bear 🐻 necklace.
Who else wants to see a video made of that adorable mini house craft kit? 👇 Let's get to it that she's sees this then as I am genuinely interested how that kit would go.
I’m thinking of buying one, so seeing her try it out first, would be great! Great first try at needle felting. It can get picky, but it’s also very relaxing imo.
The miniature house kits are a blast, but DON'T expect them to be quick. They are extremely fiddly. However, you could definitely get multiple videos out of it. I've just watched the needle felting bit, and... Oh. No. That foam block? You should rest the thing you're felting on it and poke down into it (after removing all the needles), NOT your hand. Ow.
@@lucretiavelvet9755 To do the needle felting on so you don't poke yourself. Instead of holding it in her hand for the most part she should have done it on the block.
Thank you so much for supporting small businesses. I own a shop on etsy and you have no idea the happy dance we all do when someone orders something, thank you!!
Edit about the felting kit: I actually really love felting, in the future you should felt until you can’t see the lines of the wool anymore if that makes sense, it should all be dense so you can’t pull it apart. But he still turned out really cute, especially for your first attempt at felting I’d love to see a part two to this, Amigurumi would be a fun one to try if you got a small kit, some can take less time than the bear. Or maybe trying a cross-stitch or embroidery kit would be fun
Chloe having art stuff in unsafe environments is a whole mood. Example A: The water bowl next to the extension cord Example B: Needle Felt creation ON A TOASTER-
Well... The water will only damage the extension cord if it gets into the electrical part and most likely, nothing dangerous will happen, it might even be salvageable depending on the quality of the cord, how quick she acts on drying it off and how much water gets in/how sensitive the drenched parts are And the toaster isn't on/in use, so there's really nothing unsafe about putting the felt creation there for a quick shot
It took me eight minutes to stop being confused why you'd be interested in carving soap in 'stone' form because in German, it's called Speckstein which is literally translated to 'bacon stone'... Guess I learned a new English word today :'D But the bear is cute! Needle feelting is fun! I think there are tools which allow you to use three needles at the same time, might be quicker :) The little one is still cute!
filzen wurde mir ständig im kindergarten unter die nase geschoben und in der schule IN DER BERUFSSCHULE auch...seit dem habe ich filzen immer gehasst. aber jemandem dabei zu zugucken is dennoch interesting haha
I know people always say this, but my first needle felted project looked like a pink and green pile of poop, so you should be so proud of this being your first project. It's freaking amazing. Just one tip, though: the reason the dog's body looks slightly lumpy is because you probably were working it too much. When you poke it too much, the felt will get clumped together and get bumpy and hard in some spots. It's a hard line to walk, but the key is definitely to try to keep it from being too over-poked. Otherwise it'll get the effect you had, where it looked bumpy. Again, though, your dog looks so absolutely adorable. (If you're wondering what my first needle felting project was, you probably weren't, but just in case, I was trying to make a watermelon with a face. Sounds easy, but I promise, it was not. )🍉🍉🍉
I would love to see you build the tiny house! I love watching other people build things like that and I think it would be so fun watching my favorite UA-camr do it! Love your videos😍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
As a needle felter, Chloe felting right on the surface of the table HURTS MY SOUL! Plus most of your work is sooooooo underfelted, good first attempt though!
As a past needle felting tutor I cringed several times but for a first attempt she's actually a natural at it and managed to complete a very complicated kit.
I love the small business supporting vibe - someone in New Zealand created a small business Facebook group and it’s now got 543,000 members (which is about a 10th of our entire population 😮)
I definitely wanna see the room kit built! I have begun to realize I generally like "putting things together" as my creative outlet and I didn't even know something like that existed!
I was mentally screaming when she was doing the needle felting and then when she stabbed herself I was like omg!! Look at cute life hacks or maqaroon if you want to know more about needle felting.
The directions didn’t show the foam block in the pictures! (Unless I totally missed that) a lot of people have mentioned I should use the foam next time so I would, sometimes I learn from my comments more than instructions!
@@ChloeRoseArt It's okay, I saw those instructions in another video and they REALLY don't do the best job at explaining every step of the process. It's not that begginer friendly as it could be, so a part of the fault does fall into how the instruction were made.

"Poke poke poke please don't poke my finger that would hurt" Continues to poke herself multiple times- I feel for you Chloe I've done that multiple times
Yes I’ve done dry felting (the technique to make the shiba inu). Next time sit it on the foam block whilst ‘poking’ it to make it less likely that you poke yourself. If you look closely you’ll see the needles are serrated which is what teases the wool together into felt. The longer you poke it for the smaller and denser the body and areas of wool will become and you can get a more defined shape. Honestly yours is super cute. I already have all the stuff out of the second kit but would love to make something as cute as this little dog, you’ve inspired me to get my dry felting stuff back out and learn to make something a little more complex and cute!
Also you can buy multi-needles that are a bunch of needles all in together which are great to speed up doing a large area but I think doing something that small I’d have stuck to a single or double anyway.
I love needle felting! I do it in my free time, but can also use it while I’m working as an art therapist. When you poke with the needle, the little hooks pull the wool through the other wool and create little knots, that way it stays together and you can create a little figure 😊
I started watching as quickly as I could, does it really matter to be within the first hour? Well I have seen the home made kits before, I believe you did a wonderful job with this! I'm actually in the early stages of stting up my etsy business selling art and craft kits so this video is really cool to watch- love supporting small businesses 🥰
You did really well for your first attempt at needle felting! ❤️ If you try it again, try making the small bits like the ears separate. Use your little foam slab to work from. It’ll save you fingers from being stabbed and will keep the small bits pretty still. 🙂
I was cringing so hard watching you felt😬, you're supposed to use the needle (which has tiny hooks on it and is what binds the felt fibres together) in an up and down motion only ontop of the square safety foam provided. He turned out really cute, but i was so worried you'd hurt yourself❤️
I really love the dollhouse kits! I spent much of April working on 3 different ones (most of them took about 2-4 days to do, give or take depending on how comfortable you are with working on a really really small scale!) be aware: a small ruler, fabritac glue, and an exacto-knife (probably misspelled) are LIFESAVERS. When using the exacto-knife, be sure to use a cutting board or something underneath so you do not damage your table!
Chole would you try pour art? I have been doing it for a while and I'm thinking of selling some of them on Etsy and whatnot lol but I think that would be cool if you tried pour art though you do have to get a few things for it lol
Needle felting is sooo fun! I never get the kits, but I have a lot of supplies and probably too much felt- either way, one of my favorite ways to pass the time.

I love needle felting so much! It's my main craft at this point and I always get excited when people get into it! :D
Chloe: We're just going to put that down to me being an amateur
Me: If you're an amateur, then what am I???? negative amateur...?
The shiba inu came out so cute! It reminds me of a beatrix potter character.
Both look like lots of fun!
Another title: Chloe stabbing herself, and giving us a tour of her house.
I recognise your pfp! Isn't it from a drawingwiffwaffles video??
@@sangshri24 yep!
Absolutely loved watching this. Please do more Etsy art kits!
When using the exacto-knife, be sure to use a cutting board or something underneath so you do not damage your table!
chloe: this the bear soap carving kit-
me: *cHoCoLaTe???*
The montage of the shiba lmao. He’s honestly so cute.
legend is if your 7 minuets late you get a heart
I loved how the bear turned out, and I've been wanting to try needle felting for quite a while now
Chole would you try pour art? I have been doing it for a while and I'm thinking of selling some of them on Etsy and whatnot lol but I think that would be cool if you tried pour art though you do have to get a few things for it lol
Hi
I loved the way the bear turned out!!😍😍
I have done the wool thing I made a narwhal my hands were a little stained but it ok it was really fun btw I stabbed my self a lot by accident lol
Needle felting is sooo fun! I never get the kits, but I have a lot of supplies and probably too much felt- either way, one of my favorite ways to pass the time.
