The sound of an A320 will forever remind me of flying JetBlue many times between JFK and MCO, when I was in college. Great video.
What a remarkable video. It totally captures the soul of the Airbus A320 Family. Absolutely love it!
The sounds help me sleep. It's so amazing.
A318/19/20/21 have the best engines in the world.. Boeing 737 can't not product an too very amazing sound!!! Respect to CFM ^^
impressive noise, what recording device did you use to get this amount of detail in the noise?
I absolutly love the roar of the other aircraft takeing off
Very Nice indeed!! I didn't even realise they were taxiing on one engine until it 6 minutes in!!!! I thoroughly enjoyed it from start to finish!!! :D
13:04 takeoff!!!! Relaxing Sound
Too helpful while you're studying
WOW the noise is AMAZING
This helps me sleep

Indeed awesome sound! Great video!
im a boeing fan but airbus has the best sounds ever but i;m curious about that thump noise is in the minute 9-10
I've heard about the "barking" PTU noises but I'm glad you documented the thuds. Right around 6:00, 6:51, 9:45 etc and after I heard the same bangs that sound like metal on metal. I read that those are the brake shuttle valves clanking. I guess because of all the composites you hear all the noises.
sbentjies that clunking is the brakes, but also is just the hydraulic system in general.
sbentjies i
The sound at 2:06 is the hydraulic pump. Perfectly normal sound for an Airbus.
It's only the Airbus A318/19/20/21 series
First time I heard that I was thinking "that can't be good, but its Airbus so it probably is good"
That's the PTU
@@mjt777x8 same thing
The Airbus A319 is not only my favorite airplane, it’s also my favorite Transit Bus on the entire planet 🌎! 💖💖💖💖💖💖🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🏍🏍🏍🏍🛫🛫🛫🛫🇱🇻🇱🇻🇱🇻🇱🇻
I love the sound i hate that there coming out with quieter aircrafts especially the airbus neo

Glad I could help.
Amazing 😍👍😎
@vzclubbie Actually I just used the in-built microphone of my Sony camcorder!
Delta A319 and A320 uses CFM 56 engines, but these sounded like IAE V2500!
Okay I knew I wasn't going crazy with that. I think some IAEs sound like CFMs according to other videos on youtube, unless the uploaders don't actually know what they're tallking about?
It's funny seeing all those people Ask about the hydraulics 😜 I never knew what the bang bang sound is when the plane is taxiing and stopped
The airbus' hydraulics sound like an angry barking dog. Lmao! But nice video, airbus is awesome!
how come in some parts of the video everything is blue?
What time was the takeoff? I was there on the 27th around 9am to 12pm
darn that cool sound went out at 4:56
There are two of those, one is still running after, but it is quieter
I was always wondering what the sound during 2:05 - 2:11 is. It only occurs during startup and shut down - anybody knows?
Panoskol ptu
The power transfer unit. I oddly love this sound
Thx!
Great! What is the sound, kind of high sound, that starts at 0:57 - 0:58?
And it stops around 04:56 followed by a ptu sound'
Airkeukenrol Lol sounds like a zipper ghost laughing
That is the sound of electric hydraulic pumps. There is first the quieted on eh tat comes on during engine startup. That is the blue system pump and is automatic. That one always comes on and as long as at least one engine is running its on. The louder one that comes on is the yellow system electric pump that is only used during single engine taxi where engine 2 is off therefore not providing hydraulic pressure. This is run so that the PTU doesn't freak out the whole time. You hear this one also before engine start when the cargo doors are operated.
Julio Romeresto Nice, thank you for the explanation!
It's actually the same type of hydraulic pump used on most McDonnell Douglas planes including MD-80/MD-90/717-200 and on the DC-10/MD-11.
No, those aren't the breaks. Those are the Hydraulic Pumps.
@elferen1 That's awesome, does a great job :)
@dbednar Song is Just Jack - Starz In Their Eyes
What gate?
What is that noise at 1:00
The noise at 59 is the electric pump running.
what sound is at 0:59?
Hello, I'm wondering what is that drilling like sound at 5:00 Thanks
PTU
That could be the AC system starting or the APU starting up. My guess :)
United Nonstop It’s the PTU
What is the sound at 0:59? It's so cool! What is that noise?
This is a 7 year old comment, but if you are still here, this is the answer :D
The airbus a320 has three hydraulics systems, green, blue, and yellow. The blur system is the only one that's usually audible. It is controlled by one of the engines. When that engine starts, the blue hydraulic system initialized and you hear that sound!
@utd4life09 Thanks!
0:30
looks busy
I wonder if deltas airbuses are gonna be on Sharklets
DELTA WRIGHT only a321
The startup sounds like you're growing
Startup is at 0:30

wally12345na It’s the pneumatic hydraulic or power transfer unit.It helps transfer power energy to all active & functional systems of the jet.
*correct me if im wrong*
What is with the blue crap?
#YOLO
Do I sense a rage? Your clearly did not ask anyone in particular and I was being a good person and answering your silly question that no one else would want to answer. You might want to get that anger issue checked out, otherwise you might not be fight for social society. To answer your more pathetic question in a more "simple" manner, his camera has the f/2.1 apature lenses so it doesn't recognize colors as other f/2.5 lenses. Thank your for your kind words, good luck in therapy.
normal Airbus sounds(also on A320,A318,A321)
nothing special...
IAE sounds better
those airbuses are noisy
What gate?
