I'm so glad you only left on a trip. I'd be sad if we didn't see you guys anymore. I haven't experienced that end of stomach issues but my parents use stool softeners to help with it or coffee is supposed to have stuff that make you go. Also Ive heard eat or drink prunes/ prune juice. Hope your stomach stuff goes away. That's the worst. Glad you had a good vacation though otherwise. :)

Oh, about the stomach thing. I used to be like that and the doctors recommend me Miralax. It works wonders for me. It's a powder substance and it's tasteless and let me tell you, it's a life saver! I poured myself a glass of water and dumped either a package of Miralax or a lid full of it. I drank once one day and the second I also drank it and for me that did the work. But, I'm not sure how many times you'll have to drink it. Really helps.
