Wow fantastic, educational and discussed in such a way that easy to understand. I am so glad I found this video. Thanks
As a patient with extreme anxiety who avoided the dentist for 20 years, I had a great dentist who rubbed my shoulder and said I was doing great and was very kind and patient. It really helped my anxiety go down and stopped me from having a panic attack, he also stopped several times to let me breath normally and took stuff out of my mouth so I didn't feel claustrophobic, made a world of a difference. He watched my body language and could tell when I was nearing a panic attack and made small talk about his wife which made me feel more comfortable. It completely stopped a disaster, he is a great dentist.
I am no longer afraid of the dentist, only the bill.
One problem at the time! ;) But happy to hear the most difficult part of your problems is now resolved by a conscientious professional! Cheers!
Very useful vedio.. thank you Drs
Best way to treat syncope is recline the chair as much and ask the patient to breath deep.it works
Thanks pertaining to furnishing these kinds of terrific subject material.

Doses for epinepherine are 0.3 mg adult and 0.15mg for children(0.5 is an error in this video)
Doc you're breathing too heavy for such a light hike
Ps thanks for the great educational videos! Much appreciated
LO!L!! You're right! I was carrying 50 pounds worth of camera gear and holding it by one extended arm while walking! That came to a quick stop as I realized I should have brought lighter gear! LOL!!!
@@AANasseh sounds grueling! Yes lighter gear is always better or bring sherpa LOL 😂🙏🏿
What a great video this is, and what fantastic educators you both are!
Just a quick clarification, if I may: you mentioned that Aspirin should be given in case of MI, but not if the patient has gastric pre-existing conditions, contraindicating its use; my question is: doesn't the serious nature of the emergency supersedes the gastrointestinal contraindication?
Thank you once again, this video is a great resource.
That's a valid point. But we don't really know if the patient is having an MI. It's usually offered if the patient is having chest pain, which could be just angina, but also possibly MI. So, you have to consider the big picture and and I think he meant it more as a rhetorical point than an absolute point. Cheers!
Thanks doctor for informations,
Name of the song in intro
Thanks again
Unconscionable how much dentists charge. And they laugh about it. The upper middle class and wealthy have cruel streaks. These two doctors have so much hostility towards their patients.
Yes, because you will pay for the expertise and convenience that comes with that.
