@@ThorsoKB yep, I've been doing all the reading about adding new fonts and customising sounds/colours etc (don't think I'm quite there when it comes to creating my own fonts yet!). I've grabbed a few free fonts I've found and converted a few Proffie etc to Xeno, but not found a dedicated MW font yet. Gonna be a long week or so waiting for the saber itself 😅
@@MentasmUK Sorry this is a late reply but I have a Mace Windu font that came preinstalled on my SN-Pixel V4 lightsaber if you want a copy? It's a converted Proffie font.

Hey, sind die Soundfonds eigentlich an die Farben beim ingniten geknüpft? Kann ich Farben generell nur über den RGB wechselmodus ändern oder kann ich zu bestimmten Farben skippen? Und ich kann eigene Soundfonds aus dem Netz downloaden aber Bladestyles nicht? Sorry für die vielen Fragen, cooles Video btw
Hi, du kannst die Farben beliebig ändern. Du kannst also zu jeder Soundfont deine eigene Wunschfarbe wählen. Welche auch immer das aus dem RGB Spektrum sein mag:)
Bezüglich Downloaden von Soundfonts und bladestyles: Ja, das funktioniert. Allerdings nicht ganz so umfangreich wie bei einem Proffieboard. Ich hab mir zwischenzeitlich welche von Kyberphonic installiert. Muss mal schauen, von der "The Duel" Soundfont hab ich auch ein Video.

Hey, i think you mean xenopixel soundboard or proffie soundboard. Answer: The saber has the xenopixel v2 soundboard :)

how do you select like the character's sound fonts with the quotes? mine just does all the generic ones that arent the characters sound fonts

I’m wondering how you know if a xenopixel is the v2 model,When looking at padawan outpost there is one type of xenopixel and it doesn’t say in the description weather it’s this version or the earlier v1.

For some reason on my lightsaber from saberforge the sounds its supposed to play before the light turns on just doesnt play and just the ignition sound not the preon :(
yo I have the exact same lightsaber. I have some questions about it first of all how can I turn on the quotes when you change sound fonts and also is there a way to turn the soundfonts back to default settings after I changed some stuff like the colour and the ignition ect.. ?
hi, the quotes are activated by default for me. I also think you can't disable it. You can reset it to factory settings by removing the battery

I just got the Ls1 Spin xenopixel, and for some reason I cannot use any fonts and I cant use the music. Ive tried many things and it is still not working.

Hi, no, all fonts are pre-installed. For music: hold the saber up and twist the hilt to the left.

I have some questions about the saberfonts. Can you also download them somwere? I want to add the sailor moon one to my collection. And also how good is the speaker quality? I ordered a neopixel for around 300€ and the sound quality was very bad...

Speaker: In my opinion the speaker sound good. Load, clear and bassy.
If it’s a proffie they have add card Whitchurch then inserts into a usb and then pc watch a vid on how to do it tho

Ja, Padawan Outpost musste bei den neueren Schwertern die Zitate aufgrund von Copyright Komplikationen entfernen :/

Yes, you can put our own fonts on it. I haved added some kyberphonic fonts on the saber. Works great. And yes, the saber also has a Anakin font

umm so does saber theory but the sabers at padawan outpost cost less and in my opinion are more trustworthy
How would you rate the durability?
Very good for a neopixel blade. Sure, you can't do a heavy duty duel. But for a fight that's makes fun and looks cool, it works great.

Yes, you can. You can change the color, the blade style and the ignition for every soundfont.

So what is the difference between Proffie and Xenopixel? I got the Proffie-Beta from Padawan Outpost recently because it was my understanding that it can do more blade styles and has better sound. From this video it appears that Xenopixel is just as capable. Can someone let me know?
A xenopixel is a much more limited proffie, you are limited to around 20 custom sound fonts on Xenopixels and not all are available, but proffie’s allow any sound fonts to an unlimited extent, and much more
Think of it as profie being a premium subscription

While you are more limited in customization, Xenopixel is much more user friendly and can accept any sound font as long as the wav files match xenopixel's naming convention. Any CFX or Proffie font will work as long as the files are named correctly. As far as the font limit, I don't know if it's as many fonts as the micro sd card can hold, but I know for sure you can have more than 20. Mine is holding over 30 rn. Xenopixel gives you most of Proffie's core features without burning a hole in your wallet. I just got mine from DarkWolf Sabers and I've barely been able to put it down

Ich hab vor das proffie Saber model owk phantom zu holen, also obi wans padawan Saber aus phantom menace :) sind halt schon 366 Euro aber was solls, wäre dann mein erstes haha
@@xschoschi1625 Ein schönes Schwert. Gefällt mir auch sehr gut. Anfallen werden 19% Einfuhrsteuer und ca. 5% Zollgebühr. In deinem Fall dann ca. 85-90€ Gesamtkosten für die Einfuhr.
@@ThorsoKB war am überlegen zwischen dem als er noch ein padawan war oder eins seiner aktuellen, aber das padawan Saber gefällt mir vom hilt noch n Stück besser
Puh dann werden aus den 360 gleich mal über 400 haha, zwar immernoch billiger als die meisten anderen proffie Saber aber schon n happen, das muss ich mir mal noch durch den kopf gehen lassen :)

How long does the battery last and is the handle metal?
the entire handle is made of metal. The battery life depends on the sound. I can't say for how long exactly. haven't measured that yet. if you have muted the saber, it will last the longest. at normal volume medium long and if you have set the saber to high volume the shortest. But the battery life is great for me. I don't have the feeling that the battery is empty quickly.

it always looks better on camera ;) but the brightness is also impressive in real life. I will upload a video with a high-resolution camera and a better lens at the weekend. so that the actual brightness should be captured quite well

Sind die Fonts alle so wie sie sind vorinstalliert oder hast du einige selbst hinzugefügt?
Ich überlege mir im Oktober ein Xenopixel bei Padawan Outpost zu bestellen. Auf meiner Wunschliste ganz oben sind zurzeit das DV1 oder GFX1 bin da noch unschlüssig. Alternativ würde ich auch das OWK1, AT1&0.5 oder DM1 nehmen, wobei letztere als erste "highclass" Lichtschwerter (als Abgerenzung von den Plastikschwertern für Kinder, wovon ich aber auch 3 habe xD) mir dann doch ein etwas zu teurer Einstieg sind.
Ach und ich hab unten in den Komments noch zum Thema Zoll was gelesen. Da noch eine Frage, selbst abholen musstest du es dann aber nicht?
Und muss man Versandkosten ebenfalls zahlen?
Alle fonts die du hier hörst/siehst waren tatsächlich vorinstalliert. 34 verschiedene in Summe. Habe mir zwischenzeitlich zwei weitere hinzugefügt ;)
Bezüglich Zoll: Abholen musste ich das Schwert nicht. Die Abwicklung fand über DHL statt. Sehr komfortabel also :)

@@atm7249 I'm 178cm tall. For me it works great, also spinning. I have a smaller blade for another saber, but the 36 inch is better in my opinion. And looks better. My recommendation for you... buy a 36 inch blade!

Ich hab mir vor 3 Tagen eins bei padawan outpost und jetzt wollte ich wissen wie das mit Zoll und so ist bekommt man das nach hause geliefert oder muss man das bei ner zollstation abholen und ist der Zoll schon in die Bestellung integriert oder muss man bezahlen wenn das ankommt
Hi, ich habe das Schwert direkt nach Hause geliefert bekommen. Die Zollabwicklung fand über DHL statt, als das Schwert in Deutschland angekommen ist. Sprich ich habe einen Link bekommen, worüber ich die zu zahlende Einfuhrsteuer einfach online zahlen konnte. Anschließend wurde das Schwert an mich geschickt und icb konnte es an der Haustür in Empfang nehmen :)

@@aaron-_-kp3591 Das ging super schnell. Am 01.06. erfolgte der Versand via DHL Express. Am 02.06. bekam ich den Link zur Zahlung der Einfuhrsteuer per Email und am 03.06. wurde es bereits geliefert.

I have a question. I purchased one week ago from saber theory the exact same xenopixel saber. After 2 days the saber voice said it needed charging and i charged it for 2 hours max. The same night when i was trying the colors and fonts it started doing some distort crackling sound. I read that maybe the battery was low. I recharged it and still did the same. After that it went mute and when i try to put the volume up it doesent do anything only some times it does a distort sound for a second and mutes it self again. I even took out the battery and unpluged it but in to reset. The other theory that i have is that maybe the sd card is not good. I saw that is a 16 gb storage and the update is the last with 34 fonts like the one you have so i dont think it needs an update. Maybe i need to buy onther sd card and transfer there all the fonts. PS. I never hit the blade or did some rushed move. I will appreciate your help. Sorry for my english
Hi, it is possible that it is a technical problem. Maybe with the sd card or also with the soundboard. However, I had that crackling sound too. Which was definitely due to the low battery. My proposition: fully charge the sword until the loading process stops by itself (6-8 hours) and test it again. If your fully charged sword is still causing problems, then it is a technical error.
Then you could delete the data on the SD card and completely reload it. Maybe there is an error in the config.dat from the sword. saber theroy's support can provide you with the data.
padawn outpost offer the files on their website. maybe sabertheroy has something like that too. otherwise I can also make my files available to you ;)
