Because it’s a different environment, different mentality, social media didn’t exist, the generation were a lot more different attitude and more mature and ruthless then the Gen today, i mean back in them days, a lot more teens be smoking everywhere or drinking outside, more rebellious tough slacker attitude, loitering in the streets, graffiti everywhere, police didn’t give a shit about the bad neighbours, people didn’t record shit and they minded their business even if they saw petty crimes or shit going on. Not to mention crime was high asf back then.
