I think a Category 6 would be a Cthulhu type Kaiju. Like I'm sure there's gonna be a lovecraftian horror monster that can one shot a Jaeger with no issue. Either Go big and bulky or go sleek and lighter. Probably something the size of a regular Jaeger.

Category six: From what i've seen some kaiju's have more intelligence than others. Like you could see that the higher the category the more advanced tactics they used. Like even in the final fights in the movie. You could tell they were working together not just randomly attacking. So if we also take that into consideration its safe to assume a category-6 kaiju will also have better reactions, will be able to use its body like we use our bodies in martial arts. It may also have several other abilities. Like not getting staggered from a forceful attack. Due to the sheer size of it alone and the weight. I'm sure it will also know to retreat. Cause that's one thing we have yet to see. A kaiju knowing its outwitted and has to form a better strategy. Imagine how bad it would be if a kaiju had the intelligence of the smartest people in human history. No longer targeting our cities and stuff but rather destroying agriculture cattle you name it. Perhaps even kaijus specifically designed to use the kaiju blue contamination to spread diseases and famine, corpses of fallen kaijus destroying themselves to not get reverse-engineered and also leaving deadly viruses in its wake. A category six kaiju will be like nothing we've seen so far.

I don't think The Precursors intentions for the kaiju was to retreat from the battle because it doesn't matter if the kaijus win or lose, if the kaiju dies their blood vaporises slowly and mix with atmosphere which helps tera forming the planet's environment for precursors....but that's my guess.

That's a different Godzilla than Legendary's though. Legendary's Godzilla will have some trouble with Slattern on a brawl, but the Breath would end it though.
A weapon on the new gypsy danger I'd like is a plasma sword. It'd be basically a beam sword but with the tech they've already established. That way it would seal shut any blood leakage as it swung through a kaiju.

Draco master HamZ The catergory 5 in the movie never made it to the surface, so in the water its always trying to swim, meaning tos body is more horizontal than it would be on land. Thats why it looked alot smaller than it is.

Kaiju are around 250 ft in height, Godzilla 2014 was 350 ft.
Another reason they might feel smaller is that they are constantly being banged around by man made jaegers. Godzilla is a little more 'untouchable' and survives much longer, that could add to your perspective
a category 6 kaigu would probably be defined by a (along the lines of giant monsters) abnormal level of thought like the kind needed to speak a language

I personally would like something that was a Trojan horse. The monster itself could be really huge but the parasites are creatures that it had live inside of it could escape after he died to go I am massive killing spree. I would love to see a bunch of 30 foot tall monsters like a whole army. Also I think it would be cool if all the new monsters brains had a self-destruct after they died. So that we can no longer try to mind meld with them I think the creators would've learned from their mistake.

The giant monsters due to their size have made the stander ed human army's obsolete and thus are just left on standby, if smaller monsters were introduced they would be deployed to handle them.
I do think you have a somewhat valid point. Conventional weapons like airplanes and tanks could be deployed. Here's a thought what would you do against microscopic monsters like the biological warfare. I imagine heavily designed could be resistant To antibiotics and so on. And even though humans could deploying missile launchers and more conventional arms. It would still be really cool see.

also my idea for a cat 6 is an agile heavily armored voracious kaiju tearing off jaeger face(they jumps jaeger to jaeger smashing the cockpits of each jaeger) in streaks and after they die they releases a toxic gas (like sarin gas x 100) in a 10 thosand km radius and there will be four of these beasts! they will look like a mix between a dragon and a mandrill

i like to think it would be a bit bigger then slathen or smaller, but in terms of shape i want to see it in a octopus shape with a head on each tentacle and instead of ink it could have a sac where it could store blood (kaiju blue)

Man, imagine a Kaiju on the higher scale appears. It breaks through a tear of his own in the sky and thunder and lightning emits around it like the T-1000 from Terminator 2. It stand at the size of a man but its mass is so heavy when it drops down into the oceans tidal waves is pushed in all direction. It can easily penetrate any Jaeger like Naruto's Sasuke's Chidori because it is surrounded by an aura that eat metal.

I would like to see a morpher, so example. Maybe a pretty big one that is able to fly comes in and they have a really bloody fight with it because it is strong and maybe when they finally beat it what if it's wings came off or it ripped them off and it's body structure changed then and there and it got bigger with a new set of powers. Kinda like a phase 2, a true test of endurance for the new jaeger machines. Because they would have to get smart and think on the fly fighting a amped up perfectly good health kaiju right after a big fight with its phase 1.
I hope if they do add catagory 6 kaiju in pacific rim 2, I really wanna see them use some form of laser breath of some sort! That would be epic!

For a category 6 kaiju i wanna see one that plays with the mind or deploys some time of camouflage and agile to really put the jaegers on their toes and have to be able to predict when and wear and how to exploit its powers against it it doesn't necessarily need to be bigger it needs to be more lethal so we're all on the edge of our seat wondering how to defeat this extremely deadly kaiju
In Pacific Rim the category six Kaiju has that has three secondary brains and is able to absorb energy blast with nearly impenetrable hide,it is also two category 4 and one category 5 merged together with two spikes tails similar to the category 5 kaiju in the first movie

There's got to be a swarm of some sort.
i have FIVE ideas but have more just ask me .... .
(1) have one like an moray eel that has ability to rapid cellular mitosis when cut bout haves regrow so you have more and also has armor that can cut steel .
(2) a swimming /flying type that can suck the heat out of the air and breath fire but freezes water and the air around it self Instantly needs to feed off of nuclear waste by-products .
(3) stone swimmer hand plats on it body and gelatinous mucus that melts stone and turns it into it's base forms but forms earth wakes also harden skin ...makes lava tubes uses heat to hatch its eggs inside it's body .
(4) this monster has the ability to shoot out exploding lozenges from its mouth with such force it can go throw three meters of stone and when it cools it shatters like a 1 ton bomb note it is slow but hard to kill but can eat all most any thing to make in to exploding lozenges.
(5)energy seeker feeds of energy and is when it has a feed it discharging it out form it's body like lightning arcs also drinks large amounts of water to split it into gas so it can float .

More abilities... since the first Kaiju were basically physical demolishers and Jaegers were built to defeat them which means most fights were boxing matches. Later Kaiju started having other abilities like the later Jaegers that added canons, etc. It's the back and forth of armor vs armament. Just who makes which move, the Jaegers seemed to have gone towards refinement so most likely armament. Kaiju move towards quantity vs quality?

what if it was just a kaiju with speed? like small, the size of a jaeger but really fast and all that, also feel like well be seeing 5,6,7 category kaijus considering their first entrance/base was destroyed, that's probably gonna force them to step up and make the kaiju stronger or so
I think if they made a category 6 Kaiju in Pacific Rim uprising it would be so huge that it would just the Jaegers would be like waist-length to it it would be insane I also think that since it's so large it would have to either be a quadrupeds we can go and run fast or similar to Godzilla stands but be extremely slow like shin Godzilla

ever since the Pacific Rim movie I always wondered why not save money on building huge Jaeger's and equip existing vehicles with the missiles Striker Eureka fired at the Kaiju in Australia. it was obviously effective.

A Kaiju that would be a category 6 in my head would be the kind of Kaiju that is smart, adaptable, and would be able to genetically modify itself/evolve new weapons or defended as the jaegers threw new weapons at it, say a jaeger attacked it with a flamethrower, it might run, come back and have adapted harder armour or the ability to extinguish fire that gets too close

There has to be an upper limit to size and weight. Even though somehow these Kaiju can support themselves just like the Jaegers, they are really pushing the envelope. They have to probably sacrifice power and size for other attributes such as speed or something else outrageous in general. It wouldn't be practical to conceive a kaiju who's plating is so thick that it can't actually move. Probably have to go the gremlin route like creating a Kaiju that's made out of pure lightning or something.
Theory: Kaiju remember previous fights. We know Kaiju minds are all connected. Our 'Always Sunny' scientist was explaining this to Hannibal.
Now go back and watch Leatherback's reaction when Styker Eureka was about to fire his chest Rockets at Otachi, Leatherback recognized what was about to happen and deployed his EMP. Go watch it again. It makes sense. The Kaiju previous to Leatherback was brought down by S.E.'s chest rockets. If all Kaiju minds are linked they may possess the ability to share memories. This would make for an even more diabolical enemy in that they are able to culminate thier combat knowlegde making each one exponentially more dangerous and cunning.

Godzilla was confirmed category 8 in an interview
probably due to his massive weight, strength, atomic breath and his radioactivity (radioactivity is a key point in ranking kaiju and seeing Godzilla makes anything hes been around radioactive and contaminated). Although i'm not sure how radioactive 2014 Godzilla was because we don't see much fallout of his presence.
Category-6 then would it stop at 6 or go to 11 size of a moon. Stuck in the portal go any larger

I feel like an awesome attack for the category-6 could work something like this. The Kaiju would start by expelling enormous clouds of a strange gas, and after letting it spread for a bit, the Kaiju could then use an organ that could perhaps be located on its tail would start heating up thile the rest of the Kaiju would cool down rapidly for protection. The heat on the tail would eventually reach a high enough level to ignite the gas, which at this point would have spread quite far, into an enormous chain explosion.
The cooling down of the main body would be to get as much protection from the immense het created by the chain explosion, which, as it'd be a chemical fire would also work in water.
The category 6 would be like enormous in size and weight and would have plasma bursts , and emp's , power back system and more
The idea of a kaiju that could cloak itself within it's environment like a chameleon would be pretty cool
I think for the new kaiju that they will add in i think i would like one with a phikic ability because that would be cool and new because no kaiju has the power of phikic...(i don't know how to spell that even to this day off the top of my head but you get my point)
I believe higher category Kaiju are meant to be more cunning and more dangerous, not just destructive. Slattern's tails are used in a highly advanced tactic where he spun all the tails together to make it impossible for Striker to determine where the exact attack would be coming from. Categories 5+ are meant to be highly intelligent beasts capable of taking a lot of damage while dealing out just as much. What happens when you can't outsmart or outgun your foe?
Most Jaeger are build for mele combat... so maybe there should be Kaiju with more range abillitys to counter it.. maybe something like fiering Claws like rockets. I know close combat is more epic.. but it would be logik if there is some more range combat, too.
I would like to see a Kaiju with fists that's able to counter a Jaeger's Tesla Knuckles. For example a Jaeger Tesla Knuckles vs a Kaiju Tesla Fist colliding which may cause an EMP Blast. That shit would be amazing. Having fist fights with a Kaiju instead of them just using claws and scratching, like LeatherBack.
I think the category 6 will so big it can reach 3x the hight of the Empire state building and can do atomic shots and uses a vacume ot pull the yeaghers towards it (sorry for the bad spelling)

An ability I would like to see is maybe a kaiju can summon smaller creatures (swarm).

Personally, I think a category 6 should be a self sustained war machine. It would be heavily armored, but would also have metal plating on parts of its body, like around its jaws and shoulders. It would roughly resemble Godzilla, but where Godzillas spikes would meet on its back there is instead a massive slit, from which the Kaiju can birth other Kaijus. These would be in the category 3-4 range. The category 6 would also have a large tail that when activated it sends out a signal that attracts all other Kaiju around the world to it. Then, once they arrived, they would crawl into its back where they would be repaired by either Cybernetic Technology, or some advanced biological effects.
Im thinking of Bio mechanically enhanced Gipsy Danger as category 6.

I think a big one with lots of spikes and its size is very very big and it dig through the ground and its the drags the Yeagers through the ground and into the the ocean at it starts just ripping it apart with a 4 arms hiding under his spikes with massive claws

I'd definitely like to see a kaiju with a pilot. We saw in the last movie they act with a hive mind similar to the drift so putting one or more pilots in a kaiju isn't out of possibility. Also it seems most of their technology utilized biologically engineered machines and creature so no mechanical systems should be needed and the drift could be achieved telepathically or via cables similar to those used by the Na'vi in Avatar.
What about the Kaiju that was a mix of 2 category 4's and 1 category 5
Kaiju are so cool. Pacific Rim is a good movie and the DC Dark Universe will be amazing.

I think a category six should be a kaiju that the jeagers are truly not prepared to fight, a kajiu who's hide is true metal, a true brute who is strong enough to send a jeager flying back and take a hit from most of their weapons while at the same time not being to massive, but somewhat slow due to the heavy armor skin. this brute would be a problem for a jeager because they are used to fighting kaiju who have thick hides and completely flesh, where as this kaiju's armor is metal, countering any sort of weapons made specifically for killing them because of the true armor because their weapons mostly range from stuff like swords, brute force and the weapons for ranged attack which are not explosive are most likely hollow point, good for getting through hide but not real armor. this type of kaiju would give the jaegers a problem and force them to either fall back or think of something to take it out, a plasma weapon would work but it would take a lot of shots to even get through the new form of armor, and a sword would not even cut it unless it targeted the joints.

I wonder how a jaeger would deal with a protoplasmic Kaiju? Imagine a gigantic blob that engulfs a jaeger and just starts digesting it. If you had the option to vent coolant , you might be able to freeze it, but you would still be inside. Also, just because it is frozen doesn't mean it is dead.
I was thinking of a kaiju named Damiaka, standing at 9,860 pounds with four big strong feet, and two strong arms. It's attack would be able to knock down a gipsy danger in 20 hits and it's defense would be able to handle 55 fists. It would have the speed of50 cheetahs and 10great whites. Which I mean by that is it is as fast as 5 saber Athena's. It's special ability would be called "Damiaka rage", what I mean by that is the attack doubles up which means it's like the attack times 2, and the defense would be as strong as 5 slatterns, and it would have a super sonic roar.So yeah, that's my category 6 kaiju, super powerful, super strong, and super cool.
I would’ve loved the category 6 Kaiju to have a similar ability to devastator from the 2nd Michael Bay transformers movie.maybe the 3rd Pacific rim movie will have that. I dunno...

I think It might have a smaller kaiju attached to the bigger one. If it is in danger like a 2 on 1 situation, it will just jump off and even the match

There is one category 6 in the trailer of the new movie when the smaller combinable kaiju form together. I would say the kaiju has tough and hard skin but a couple of armour and is above the size of slattern and any single yaeger. In the trailer it is only 5 or 6 yaegers having to fight it. Still thinking how the kaijus are still alive when the portal they came from has been destroyed along with it's world entirely? Eggs? Survivors? Hiders? Host? Science Lab Creating them? Or something?

Just for fun they should make a category one kaiju proceed the category 6 from the breech, but make it very small and have it shoot some sort of toxic corrosive vapor from it's tail, like a skunk. And then have Gypsy step on it and wipe it's feet for a comedic effect.
I think they will make organic Kaiju machines that the other dimension will be in them that way it will be functioning as two dangers you got the Kaiju brain and then you got the little alien as the pilot so if you kill the head of the Kaiju the pilot in there will be in there to keep it going
