Got 2 of the 15-packs for $18.95. A great deal these days. So ice brewing is where you brew you beer like you normally do. Then you drop it below freezing which forms a layer of ice on top. You can either scoop or filter it out. It concentrates the ABV of the beer. So your alcohol content is the same its just in less volume of liquid. So I assume they take Natty Light and give it the ice treatment to make Natty Ice. Because, with Natty Daddy. They use a double recipe of Natty Light and ice treat it. And that's 8%. But it has this weird, strong, sweet freezer burnt taste to it. I've heard that Natty Daddy tastes like a stronger and sweeter Natty Ice. And I'd go along with that.

i currently drink Keystone Ice, Busch Ice or Molson Ice? I have always thought to stay away from Natty Ice because it is cheap garbage. Do you think that I should change my stance?
If you can find a single can or cheap 6 pack, I think Natty Ice is at least worth a shot. When I compared Busch Ice And Natty Ice side by side, I do think I preferred Busch, I just cannot find it around me

Rolling Rock I always thought I had a bizarre metallic taste to it. Didn't matter if I bought it in the cans or the glass bottles. Rolling Rock is the textbook definition of a cheap beer in my opinion 🍺

You know like those cinnamon hot whiskey shots. I look at it this way. How often to you get more for less? It isn't a great social drink because it is less about flavor and more about getting a buzz. I do like I have to drink less to get a buzz. Yet again not a social drink. The craft beers are better for that. It is for noticing and commenting on the taste and smoothness. And being able to have a few and so be socialable. Do you go to a nice restaurant and buy vodka? Now you get a martini instead. So if you only social drink ice beer isn't the beer for you. Yet if you have a slow day and only plan is to listen to the baseball game on the radio. Grab an icebeer. It will go further and you won't feel like you wasted a dollar.

To make ice beer they freeze it during production. then scarp off the ice crystals. Doing this process makes the abv go higher.
