I'm with Tommy on this, I'd love a pint of worm juice just to mix my ground bait with if I could obtain it.

Me too. Fish find food via scent as well as sight (in coloured water, scent is even more important).

Excellent topic. As in all disciplines of angling everyone has there own opinions on bait presentation and its good to have a proper debate on-line.
PS . I moved from Rotherham 17 years ago and other than watching The Millers , Wickersley Angling is what I miss most, brilliant shop 🎣

Educating video guys, like how you explain your thought on the was to utilise worms.
I chop mine in a food chopper with water, finely chopping the worms then put the worm/water either in my groundbait or on my pellets depending on how I'm fishing.

I chop and strain but I do add the juice into my groundbait I work in one corner of my tub and add the juice and a bit more drier groundbait get it how I like it enough for a few casts before I repeat the process. I do it whilst I’m waiting for a bite I also have a bottle of liquid bloodworm and if they’re having the worm I mix a bit in the juices as well

You don't fancy a kebab till you get the scent of a shop up the road, you make a bee line, no different for fish, specially in commercials where the water is generally well coloured.

plastic products for every little thing nowadays...youll be endlessly trying to keep up with the tackle trade if youre not careful rather than thinking about the fishing

Why not add dry ground bait or micro pellets to chopped worms to soak up juice then use as normal with your proper mix in feeder….

I'm guessing it's the tackle tarts that wash there worms, why would you want to wash off worms when you have chopped them, they are full of protein's Amino acids, the biggest fish attractor going.
