It’s the authoritarian features that make these cities unappealing. Convenience and safety at the price of freedom and privacy. We’ve been warned about trading freedom for security

That's exactly it! Sure it wouldn't have scared people this much if the public had a bit more of a say rather than being dictated to. Thanks so much for watching and commenting :)

You integrated the ad segment into the video really well, it didn’t distract from the topic.
Low traffic/emission zones will never be successful until people in power understand the concept and negative impact of progress = punishment.
All versions of 15 minute cities in the uk target the poorest people who can’t afford new cars.
I’m not against the concept but it has to be implemented perfectly, Oxfords plan is borderline insanity, so confusing people won’t read the details until it starts to affect them personally.
Ps what colour is your top in real life 🤔.

Thanks so much I tried ahaha! And couldn’t have said it better myself! Insanity is a good way to describe the way the restrictions have been implemented at least! And it’s bright yellow hahah 😂

The green energy industry takes 100x more land than our fossil fuels ever did. Let's cram everyone into a small space and require 100s of time's more environment space to put in turbine's and solar panels.

It is all about regulating things that are unregulated today. Of course they will make you think the restrictions are not much of an encroachment on your liberty, just "reasonable" limits on behavior, but they are, essentially taking the power to criminalize your behavior. Your car is not under government control, until the 15 minute city tells you where it can drive. You have freedom to choose where you shop, work, and do business, until the 15 minute city tells you your store, job, vendor or customer is too far away.
Keep the damn government out of your life, vote every politician who even speaks these words OUT!

Can not get 15 minutes city's they are finding a way with transport. Never thought I would see 1984 becoming real true. They are going hard after any car that is not EV. Got a hybrid they are even after them too. How?. MOT simple. Making it unpassable. I just read about it.

Well your video is upbeat and intriguing. Cities are a concept that has run out of time. And are turning into massive problems. Megacities (Cario, Mumbai, NYC area etc. etc.) continue to grow. They are an economic magnet in some sense. But are they essential for economic prosperity ? Yes/No/Maybe ? Think of how they usually started historically. A town/village grows besides a castle, cathedral, river crossing. Or natural resource. The economic activity was the magnet and people figured out how to leverage that to survive. Rural farming during the same timeframe was very difficult and harsh. And well, people sought alternatives.

I think it is pretty unrealistic that everyone is going to find a job that is less than 15 minutes from where they live. Not everyone is going to like or want to live in the location of their job. A better solution is having decent public transport so you don't need to use a car to get to work. Also making communities walking friendly so that most things you need is walking distance from your home IE: markets, schools, shops, post office etc. So better community planning and reliable efficient public transport, better solution than what they are currently attempting to do that is going to be an epic fail. It is idealistic and in no way attainable. Oh yeah that one world order is a very old mind set. I heard about this from my father growing up 🤣. Great discussion! 👍

your channel, and content is good But here are some problems:
    1. SEO score is very low
    2. No title - description - tags are SEO friendly
    3. Not sharing on social media platforms and your UA-cam channel is a lot of trouble.

  • @riyajmahmudbd
    @riyajmahmudbd Рік тому

I recently visited your UA-cam channel and noticed is that your content is very good but your video has no view & subscriber. However, I identified a number of areas for development. The optimization of your tags and tag volume is one important SEO-related issue. It appears that you did not give them enough thought or did not finish them well. This can affect the visibility and discoverability of your content. In addition, there might be other areas that also need attention. I can fix this.
