5:12/8:00 did all that, every step by step what you did, when I got to Checking for Updates, just went back to the connect to the wifi, did it again, just went back to connect to wifi. I am connected to the wifi. Nothing wrong with my wifi, won't go further than checking for updates and wifi connected.
web browser work, got into setup, disabled google just what you did, still will not go further than checking for updates, then it goes right back to connection to wifi, and the process starts all over with checking for updates.

When I go to the Google set up or the reset option it doesn’t allow me to click/doesn’t open it
