We taught Kagame how to tie his shoes,alot of Ugandans live in Rwanda including my cousin. I met Pele when he visited us.He told us what we already knew "Iwent against the best never seen a player that good". The game was Uganda army vs coffee marketing game. In Uganda we are very busy people we have things to do and places to go.
The name of that player was Polly Ouma ,he playedfor Uganda armyfootball club the other team was coffee marketing board.
