100g sugar.
20g gelatin. 80 ml milk.
75 g dry cream.
150 ml milk.
370g condensed milk.
Refrigerate for 3-4 hours.
Ingredients for decorating the cake:
100 g mascarpone cheese or cream cheese.
30g powdered sugar.
35 ml cream 33%.
50 g strawberry jelly.
100 ml boiling water.
