hey i was the one who wrote it i couldn't decide on if her quirk could stop time over a large area, or weather i was stopping time over a spacific area like other go around there normal time but everyone else kid of speeds up but i didn't feel like thinking so think of listeners quirk as time stop allowing her to stop time over a extremely large area but the more people things objects that move basically hurts your head and what not so yeah hope that helps
