Ganyan din ako, nagpahaircut after operation kasi para less na rin sa iisipin ayusin o suklayin pa. Hygiene after manganak is a must! Happy that you already have a schedule for psychiatrist, your husband seems strong because he have to for you and Nathan but same as you he also has trauma from what has happened. Garnet it’s okay that you both talk to sa psychiatrist. I understand how you both feel. I’ve been through anxiety and depression until now I am taking anti depressant for 1 year. It helps a lot to be more relaxed. I don’t have high pressures too. Just talk about your situation to your friends and family. Just cry out if you need too. Inday Garnet your emotions are valid and it's very true it's not that easy to say that it's OK because you have to undergo the process. Me it took me almost two years to accept it and move on. There was also times that I thought I am loosing my mind simply because I always cry and I cannot even hold a baby or even see a baby. But in God's perfect time you will be OK.

I lost my first unborn son at 4 months 2020, she had massive bleeding , i was depressed and took me sometimes to recover that’s y I do understand Garnett most esp how Daniel went thru roller coaster of emotions losing Lucas and caring for his lovely wife who’s quite sick

Wag mo ng salain kapag nilagay sa hot water baba yun mas ok naiinom mo din yung powder. Magcarrot juice ka din lagi with apple or pure napaka verygood yan sa condition mo. Palakas ka.. Yes I feel you ...about baby Lucas ❣️ as I've told you about my eldest son he passed away ... he's only 4months old ...so Sabi ko nga kung he's around ..he w/ be 42 yrs old 💓😊...but every time since he left I can't control my emotions that's the real feeling until now 😢it's hard ...
